I had a very complex account problem, and Mikhail at this store was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. He and his co-workers deserve a shout out! He stayed until the problem was solved even though his shift was over, and my problem required some serious digging as well as some truly outside the box thinking. This was an extremely time sensitive issue. If there was a way, Mikhail found it. Thanks again, Mikhail. You do amazing work.

Forget appointments, you will not be seen at ur scheduled time. Also 3rd time I have been here when they skipped me to sign in. Finally said something and the guy says your next. Was here when there was only 2 customers, they checked in 4 more before me after that!! Getting super tired of waiting here!!

This T Mobile has a good crew. I have had some issues with my phone voicemail and have come in a few times , but for some reason my problems couldn't be resolved. This time I got Cheyenne who was a pleasure to work with. She went right to work and cleared some overlooked issues and had my phone up and running properly in a heartbeat. If your looking for a great person and someone who is super knowledgeable, ask for Cheyenne. You will be glad you did.

I was having service issues with my phone. And after calling t-mobile and then telling me they fixed my issue, they didn't. So I went down to this store as it's close to my home. When I went inside, I was greeted and the man told me it would be about a 15 minute wait. I said ok. A few minutes later I got a text from t-mobile saying my estimated wait would be 70 minutes. I went back up to the greeter to question the wait and he reassured me that wasn't the case. That the system way over estimates. 1 HOUR LATER I am helped. It only took the guy helping me less than a minute to address and fix my issue. Mind you, the whole time I was waiting, the greeter guy is just hanging out up front on his phone waiting for guests to periodically come in. Is this why our bills are so high? We pay to have people stand around who can't even give time estimates that are even close. I sure hope what they did to address my issue works, because if I have to go back and be told it's a short wait time and it be 4 times as long, I'm gonna be one passed off customer.

Don't let your employees be late without punishment. Walking in like its not a big deal you are late while your customers are sitting waiting. Just doesn't look good. Found it was the manager and he gives no care to help a waiting customer who has had an appointment made at 11:00am when its now 11:23am super disrespectful too.

I used to go to this store often when it was only sprint, but haven't been since the merge until this trip. I called and inquired about a product and asked if I should reserve it so it doesn't run out before I get there after work and was assured they had plenty. I got to the store 20 minutes later and was told to wait until they text me the wait should be 10 minutes however received a text wait time of 24 minutes and I would receive a text when it's my turn. After 47 minutes I went back in and was finally told they had run out of the product. A different option was recommended for more $ and I purchased it and received some assistance setting it up with my device. I would have given 5 stars but the wait combined with not having me to reserve it or prepay so I was assured to get what I came for took one star away. I know these are troubled times and overall the experience was ok, not bad but could have been a little bit better. The sales person was very friendly and helpful.

My recent visit was disappointing to say the least. I pay for TMobile device protection which includes free screen protector replacement for my phone. I went in to get my screen protector replaced, and the employee took my old one off and then realized they were out of stock of the one I need. Unfortunately for me that means I had to leave without any screen protector on my phone, and its a brand new phone, they aren't cheap. The store manager was there and didn't seem to care, just said sorry there's not much I can do and just shrugged it off. I hope they train their employees better to avoid this problem for others in the future. I will not be visiting this store again.

Had an outstanding experience today with this store. Arrived shortly after opening and picked up a new phone along with a free screen protector and case. Wonderful encounter, terrific team, great service. I had no issues and I was really happy.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I came because my phone having problems they first told me oh there will b an hour wait and then said oh two hour wait and someone comes along adds a 3 hour wait!!!!! And they dont even know what the hell they are even talking about I then decided n I told them that I want to return my phone and they couldnt give me a answer either instead there are 6 reps standing around doing nothing and only two people working how bloody ridiculous!!!!! THIS SPRINT STORE NEEDS TO GET SOME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!
