So my 5 ⭐'s is for the individual who works here that has not only a genuine character, but a Soul that looks just like our Sun.., through the atmosphere that is. It's almost six feet in diameter and yellow. Being in your presence, I felt like I was orbiting your Soul's Corona on a surfboard.., weird feeling, but appreciated nonetheless. No matter what trials and tribulations you may experience, you., are on the right path. Religion not necessary, unless you feel like it.

Stopped In here unexpectedly yesterday to purchase a gas can as my little sister ran out of gas not too far down the street. As I was checking out I asked the employee, her name was Lisa, if she could possibly show me how to use the spout (it's not like any I've used before and looked extra fancy) She not only took the time to come around the register and show me how to use it, but she also explained that anytime you fill a can at the pump it MUST be a red gas can, and you must set it on the ground while filling it, per laws and regulations. I had no idea! (I've never ran out of gas so I've never needed to know this before) She was seriously so nice, and made the entire experience painless. It isn't fun when someone runs out of gas, but I actually enjoyed the whole situation simply because of how helpful she was! I was a little embarrassed having to ask someone how to use a simple gas can but she made it seem so normal and I truly appreciate her for being so sweet!! I later told my boyfriend about the whole thing, and he said she's helped him before too, and she's always so nice! That alone speaks to how great of an employee she is. I will forever come back to this location thanks to her. Thank you Lisa for making a rough situation into a great experience!

We are from Hawaii and were in San Francisco for Christmas and had reservations in Tahoe that we had to cxl because of the storm and road closures. Our kids had never seen snow so we wanted to take them there. We decided to drive to South Tahoe in hopes that we could see some snow and play in it for a bit. Well, the storm warnings were true! There was so much snow on the ground and boy, we were not prepared for it. Chains were required and when we arrived at Pollock Pines, there was no electricity and the plows were still making their rounds. I was so worried about getting stuck in the snow! We Googled and found Riebe's Napa Auto Parts. There was a lady and a man, I think it might have been a Mom and son. They helped us out a lot. Found the right size of chains and even directed us towards a place where it was safe to sled and an entire field of untouched snow!!!!!! Our kids were so happy and so were we!!!

I had 2 rotors turned for my car. They bead blasted them, such that they looked new. Nice finish on the brake surface. $28 bucks out the door 2 hours later on a Sat. Nice work on 14 yr old rotors.
