Great pedicure, but used e-file on natural nails and over filed several nails near the cuticle. This will take months to grow out and nails are weak. I don’t know why salons don’t know how to take care of natural nails.

Wonderful experience! I’ve been trying to find my new go to spot for a pedicure in Irwin and I will definitely be returning here. All the ladies working were so nice and personable, I felt very comfortable and welcome in the salon. Lin did my pedicure and did a wonderful job in all aspects. Service: Pedicures

My first time here per the recommendation of a friend. They got me in the day I called. The young soft spoken gal did my nails. She was friendly and very good. She listened when I told her my cuticles bleed easily and didn't drummel too much on my nails. She did an excellent job and I'll definitely go back.

T is absolutely amazing! I had an appointment somewhere else and they didn’t even greet me. As soon as I walked into Ella Spa, T kindly greeted me. She was professional, kind and efficient. I love this place! They were so kind and did an amazing job with my nails for my cousins wedding. I recommend calling ahead as they get very busy!

First time and I would go back. For the first time ever my pedicure was not rushed. I was however the only person there. I assumed it was the owner who did my pedicure and she was very good and very thorough. The massage chair was probably one of the best ones I have been in because the rollers actually met up with my back. It's sorta run down looking and if it were up to me I would paint the wall something other than white but overall I can't say anything bad.

Horrible experience. Insisted my friend and I stayed and they would wait on us shortly. It was two hours. Then got charged $60 for a below average gel manicure with no designs or anything, just pink. Left them a little sloppy. So understaffed it hurts. Never again. Service: Gel manicure

I was a little reluctant to come here because of the reviews, but I did anyways. I wanted more of a pink color for my tips but it was red but it still looks amazing. I had my nails filled and the acrylic tip color changed. I didn't have to wait (I went at 11am on Monday) and the man who did my nails was friendly and precise. I will definitely go back.
