I was nervous as someone who does not know much about my own car, but they helped me understand everything easily. Jared (Jarret? I have a 12 foot tall RV on a Ford f550 chassis. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with getting a same day oil change. They also helped me measure the bay and I would recommend this location and all of their staff members for anyone who needs to get an oil change on the road. Service: Oil change

Service was received as expected however, I was billed for a completely different vehicle, under someone else's name so my receipt had their personal information on it, not mine. I didn't pay attention to my receipt as I had never experienced this issue with JL before. On the positive, the employee who made the mistake, called and notified me of the error and said I would get credited. Today is a couple of days shy of 1 month and I still have not seen a credit to my account as promised. Service: Oil change

My car purrs out of the parking lot, too. And the pricing is reasonable and affordable for a divorced dad like me. They filled the air in my tires, they replaced my interior air filter with ease, they checked my lights to make sure all were operational, they vacuumed my car floors, washed and wiped my windows spotless! And all done in this sort of team sync effort. Dare I say like Santa’s elves? (Best comparison I had in my brain). They ended the show by effortlessly applying the window sticker reminder that tells me when to come back in. This location is worth a try if you haven’t already got hooked like I have. I was a bit surprised at the cost because I ave been using a very reputable local auto repair shop just down the street and paid noticeably less than what they charged me. They did a good job though. No complaints though. Service: Oil change
