It was a terrible experience. I went in to get some windshield wipers and ask for some help after realizing that a couldn't hit the release. Keep in mind that it says free installation on the window. He came out with a stomping walk of a toddler hesitant to change them changes them then proceeds to leave saying he was busy. Don't come just go down the street to auto zone.

The worst incompetent parts store I've ever experienced in 40+ years. Manager and counter personal have 0 customer relation skills. Trying to get defective part replaced. 2 weeks and nothing but excuses. " It didn't get picked up from other store" Now "it got sent back after 2 days because you didn't pick it up" I never received a call it was there. No apologies, no attempt at customer satisfaction. I'd rate 0 stars if possible.

I have an account there and I always got a decent discount usually 15-25% well I went there today and everything was marked up about 20+% and I was spending about $325. Usually I would have gotten roughly 25% off of that plus not marked up additionally! They told me that it was under orders from the new manager and there was nothing they could do about it. I will never set foot in another O'Reilly ever again! Sorry but scammers calling me 10 times a day about my extended warranty on my car is still less offensive than this!

I wanted to order a pair of brake pads and spoke to Dan. The price was $55 more than Advanced Auto. I asked if they price matched and Dan said yes. Then Dan told me they could only price match if Advanced Auto had them in stock, yet O Reilly had to order them as well. Dan told me he was the manager on duty. I asked Dan if he wanted me to go to Advanced Auto or give them the sale. Dan told me I could do whatever I wanted to do, with sarcasm. I guess O'reilly has enough money, Thanks Dan.

I ordered a single filter the night previous and I got a email saying it will be ready at 8am next morning. I go in at about 9am and I was greeted by an older gentleman. I told him I had an order and he said Rudely “well did we tell you it was ready?” I checked my email and said told him oh I didn’t get anything yet is there anyway you can check and see when it will be ready? He just walked away without saying anything then went to the back grabbed the filter and carelessly tossed it on the counter printed out the receipt and didn’t even hand it to me just put it on the counter and again no thanks have a nice day nothing. Very rude very unprofessional unfortunately they were the only ones to have this filter otherwise I’d be at advanced auto. Will not be doing future business, total turn off.
