I am so glad I found this amazing company. My mom recommended them to me after using them multiple times. I went there for the first time this week due to an issue with my bumper that needed immediate attention. When I pulled in, Robert assisted me right away and my bumper was fixed within 15 minutes. This company attempted to overcharge me for work that they supposedly took longer to do a 1 hour brake job turned into 4 hours. They charge too much just to look at a vehicle and are only concerned about there bottom line. I would try other shops and get quotes before coming here. There partner body shop down the street does business the same way. Service: Auto brake repair

This place is amazing! The whole business is always packed and for good reason. They have NEVER provided anything remotely close to bad service. Always fair priced, honest, and respectful. Dear Grandma, Mom and I are out of town. She told me you were scared and I understand. Mom said your car engine light is displaying, a liquid is leaking under your car, there is an odor and you're hearing strange noises when you drive. Grandma, I will not be able to return to Chicago until next week. However, I want you to call A to Z Auto Repair. I trust them. In the past, they have fixed similar problems with my vehicle and suggested maintenance care plans preparing the family for future auto expenses. Last year, a mechanic from "@#!£#@!" Auto 'fixed' my vehicle. Similar to your car, at a minimum, we heard strange noises during transit, noticed puddles on the ground after parking and were greeted with an unwelcomed engine light. Grandma, I must admit, when those things happened to my vehicle, I did not bless the mechanic...I only used 80% of the swear words that came to mind; please remember prayers of penitence on my behalf to the Good Lord :) When you call A to Z Auto Repair, expect to be greeted by a delightful service woman. She'll take your information and introduce you to several exceptionally astute auto repair professionals with patience and considerable discretion. Similar to myself, they will be patient with and provide a helpful diagnosis and solution. Love You Grandma ~ I wish I knew about A to Z Auto Repair years ago. The shop endeavors to provide customers with great service and reliable solutions. Unlike competitors, the Owner and staff genuinely care about their customers and families. If you're preparing for a family road trip, don't hesitate to call them. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic when you’re a female. They prioritized my WRX when I needed them to and didn’t oversell. Very helpful and pricing is fair. This is my new mechanic for my baby. Thank you for keeping honesty and high end service alive 💜

Our new and forever auto repair shop. Dealership said gas tank rusted out...$1,800+ estimate, as well as another $6,000 for other work . Talked with the amazing Joy at A to Z. She was able to get car looked at...no rust on gas tank, it is PLASTIC, only needed fuel pump and 1 gas line. Repair will be right at $1,000, and the other items the dealership listed may be necessary at some point, but nothing urgent. And no where close to $6,000. Can't thank Joy enough! THIS REVIEW WAS INTENDED FOR THE AUTO REPAIR, NOT THE BODY REPAIR. I'm sure they are great, too, but yhese accolades are for the mechanical repair.

I was very happy with the service I received here a few months back. Prices for parts and labor were reasonable. I had a rather simple oil line replacement, everything was done promptly and professionally. This is place is definitely my go to mechanic.
