I had an awful experience with cde collision in Buffalo grove…not only was my car poorly fixed but when I called to talk to guy who quoted me ..he preceded to yell at me and berate me..I told him we will not come to a resolution and I would leave my review! I was pleasantly surprised when the general manager of cde collision Tim called and made it right!! I brought my car into the Addison cde collision it was fixed perfectly!! They gave me a rental car while it was being fixed and both Kelly and Kellie and Ben couldn’t have been nicer!! If you need a car fixed use cde collision in Addison. A class act operation…steer clear of the Buffalo Grove location!!! Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident on June 10. I called at least 10 repair shops and all of them said late July or August before they could even look at my car. Someone told me about CDE and they got my car in within a week and was done 4 weeks later. Their service is excellent, professional and so friendly. CDE did an amazing job, our brand new Bronco needed a new front end, as it took a piece of concrete through the window and front end on the highway. Everytime we spoke to the staff here they were very professional and understanding. Thank you for your help!!

The CDE Addison was really great to work with. They are a listed Geico Express shop so I went to them following Geico claim process. The front desk and estimators are very knowledgeable, friendly people and always looking out to make sure you will not bear any out of pocket expenses. The rental arrangement with Enterprise was smooth and well taken care of. The rental came to pick up at the CDE location and also didn’t need to go to Enterprise for drop off as it was scheduled for CDE drop off location - very convenient. Throughout the repair period there were status updates and staff was always available to answer, help out. They did a great job on the repair too. Cannot even tell the body work is done. They matched the body paint with any side parts that were not being repaired and the work is impeccable! Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need

To summarize my car was totaled by my insurance. Although, I ended up keeping it and paying for the repairs myself, I could not use CDE for the repairs. However, I am so thankful to both Kellys, who answered all my questions about the repairs needed, and gave me valuable basic education about collision repair. Very honest and hard working people at CDE.

Man oh man did they do a great job repairing my car on the right side after someone hit me. The work performed and the detail put into the task at hand was high quality because I can’t even tell where it was damaged. Very Very pleased with the outcome. Also the whole process of driving from the facility with a rental car already prepped and ready for me was smooth and easy and very convenient. Not only that but I had aftermarket window visors that got damaged so I was just gonna chalk that up and order new ones because I thought they wouldn’t be covered. I was very surprised and impressed when I opened my car door and noticed that CDE had ordered them already and left them in the car. 👍🏾They kept me informed the whole time and if I had questions I was able to call and check on things. Also they were finished on time when they said they’d be. Great job everyone. Would definitely use they again & recommend. I am very thankful for the work of the staff of CDE collision in Addison, IL. I got in an unfortunate side swipe accident in a snow squall two weeks back, throughout the whole process they were very clear on wait times, and estimates. I even went on vacation and they held my car for me until I was able to get back. Throughout the process after the car being done I was contacted every single day and never felt out of the loop in the whole process. They even talked to me about my vacation and made me feel like more than just a customer. After squirrels decided to break into my car and have a party I went to CDE for the repairs. I am so glad I did! My neighbor used them and he suggested I take my car to them. They had the rental car ready,the entire process was painless. They know how to work with rhe insurance companies and truly look out for their customers. They fixed what they could but given the supply issues with some parts I had to come back. They made sure they did a thorough inspection to make sure there was no electrical damage, the squirrels just hung out in my car & sharpened their teeth on some plastic pieces. When the last part was in they were able to work with me to have it fixed while I was out of town. When I picked it up it looked amazing. The bodywork was perfect and they even cleaned it up for me as well. Kelly is awesome and takes amazing care of her customers and works with you to make sure you are taken care of.
