Words cannot express my gratitude to Nick and his staff. Tristan, Steve, and Mike were part of the staff that I met personally. I had an amazing and very heartfelt experience. The customer service is the best I have ever had. The service was quick and enjoyable. There were a lot of things to keep yourself busy with. There were interesting pieces to read about. Nick had a catalytic converter that he saved. It was all chopped up and he showed me the pieces of titanium and other things that make it so valuable. The entire shop was clean and beautifully kept. If you are looking for a life long mechanic like a doctor…this is the shop! This shop is the best hospital for cars! I am beyond pleased! I will never go anywhere else for any needs for my car again. Nick’s business is a success because he cares about not only getting your car fixed but he also absolutely cares about who is driving the car and those other cars on the road. He promotes safety and will not cheat you. The exact opposite. I had a crisis with my car this morning and in tears. I walked out of that store feeling cared for and I was treated with respect and compassion. What a life changing day and experience! Central Service & Repair! My car was taken to Midas in Addison for an oil change as they have an ongoing BOGO free deal for oil changes. While making the appointment I specifically asked Chris will this be the free or chargeable oil change, to which he replied “this is the free one.” So I said “thanks, just checking to make sure I don’t need to send anyone with money.” My car was taken to the shop around 12 o’clock, after 3 hours, my sister receives a bill for $1,191.66 for a brake change, serpentine belt change, and fluid flush and noted at the bottom of the receipt that I authorized this. I did not receive a call as I was working and the number in their system is still inaccurate after being told to change. I did not authorize the maintenance. The owner then checked their history, proving that the “suggested” maintenance had been previously declined as well but will do nothing to assist with the faulty charges made on Chris R’s behalf. This is TERRIBLE business. And a rip off! How does anyone feel justified in looking at a young female and thinking “oh I’m going to completely rip her off today.” This is sickening. As a business they should directly receive authorization from the owner. Our phone numbers are on record and in previous situations even when my car is taken there by other people I typically receive a call for authorization. This is not good business whatsoever. Man oh man did they do a great job repairing my car on the right side after someone hit me. The work performed and the detail put into the task at hand was high quality because I can’t even tell where it was damaged. Very Very pleased with the outcome. Also the whole process of driving from the facility with a rental car already prepped and ready for me was smooth and easy and very convenient. Not only that but I had aftermarket window visors that got damaged so I was just gonna chalk that up and order new ones because I thought they wouldn’t be covered. I was very surprised and impressed when I opened my car door and noticed that CDE had ordered them already and left them in the car. 👍🏾They kept me informed the whole time and if I had questions I was able to call and check on things. Also they were finished on time when they said they’d be. Great job everyone. Would definitely use they again & recommend. Cannot stress how knowledgeable Marc is on these C4 Corvettes. This guy clearly works on these cars day in and day out, and likely knows more about these cars than any other shop in the nation. He helped me get rid of both my SRC and ABS lights on my 1990 Z51. The ABS was especially tricky. It could NOT have been done without his expertise. For the first time in months, I can drive without ANY lights on the dash. Such a relief! Other shops could NOT figure it out. Check out Tom's Garage for your next repair. Super friendly service, great mechanic and fair pricing. Tom's kept all of our cars on the road for years. He's usually at the shop under someone's hood, so the phone may have to ring a little bit when you call, but he'll definitely take good care of you. ~Eric

Mike is the owner. He is very nice and very professional. I knew something was wrong with my muffler and I thought I might be having other issues too. I was hearing a squeaking noise and a ticking noise. Well he had his mechanics thoroughly check out my car. It turned out just to be my exhaust system. This proves to me how honest he is. Cassidy tires is awesome! We had an excellent experience at their Addison location. We needed four new tires and I spoke with someone at 11am. By 330 I was driving away from their shop all finished with a nice smooth, quiet ride home. Their customer service and the guys in the shop were pleasant, efficient and their pricing beats all other places I called including Firestone and Just Tires. Go to Cassidy! I took my 2002 Silverado to Aztec auto, I had a problem where the rear shackle on my leafspring broke and the leafspring actually punctured the bed of my pick up truck, I called around to a few other shops in the area and it didn’t seem like anyone was interested in taking on that job, But I called Aztec and they had no problem taking on the job they set up an appointment, I brought the truck, he was honest about the price and got the work done quickly and I’m very happy with the workmanship, And I will definitely recommend them Service: Steering & suspension replacement ~Armando
