Its ok in a lot of ways. Big box store with good people and decent products. Understaffed but that's common everywhere. But... Store contractors tasked to give estimates and perform work are very vague in their "detailed" estimates and tend to brush aside customer concerns. The other chain store in the area gets pretty much the same rating for the same reasons. If this rating was only for subcontractors, it would been "1". Without, it would be "4".

Great staff ..got everything I needed..fast and 1 person inperticular helped get me checked out super fast ..Ziggy I believe was the name ..very helpful...all home depot store should train there employees like this ..

We tried to purchase a refrigerator from Home Depot. On the first delivery attempt they didn't knock or ring the doorbell. They left a tag on the door saying they'd missed us. On the second attempt, they did come ring the bell, but they didn't come equipped to install the fridge. I guess they forgot the water line? They never actually told us, but said they forgot something and would be back. An hour later we got an email that the delivery was canceled. I wouldn't buy a nail from Home Depot. If learn to make my own first.

This Home Depot is great. We always have a fast & easy experience here. This shoutout is for Luis!! Yesterday he helped my husband and myself in the lumber department. We couldn’t decide which piece of lumber we would need for a DIY project and Luis was very helpful & patient while we couldn’t make up our minds. He showed us many options and was laughing and joking with us. Very friendly guy! He is also bilingual which is a great trait to help out the Spanish speaking community. Awesome job, Luis! We ended up with my choice😜!!

I am giving this one 3 stars only because I am new to the area and I have been to a couple different ones and I can't remember which one this is, but some of them really, really suck, to put it politely. Might not be your dream job, but you should still take pride in what you do. The way it looks really isn't a reflection of home depot but of the staff, they are making home depot look bad.

I love Home Depot. I've used products from here to assist with everything from Sump Pump installations to Staining my driveway. The people each time have been helpful and friendly! It's my go-to for all my home essentials.

This visit was different than usual. Employees were super friendly, and actually had suggestions and were knowledgeable about products and their locations in the store. I didn't find what I needed but the time didn't feel wasted

My experience was ok. The reps were not as experienced in the area's they serviced, but were friendly. I enjoyed shopping even though I didn't enjoy the $455 price tag. Love their selection of flowers/plants this year.

Very helpful staff. I was having trouble with my VA code and the lady was very helpful. Unlike some other Home Depots I have been to. Our photos are on our ID cards I wish they would go back to that. Especially, for our senior vets that do not understand the QR codes.

Went in yesterday with hopes of getting a few items on my list... Apparently the 6 foot ventilated shelving had been cut, yet not moved to the cut area. Also attempted to get a small fire pit to enjoy on the patio, but apparently the 5 that were marked online as "in-stock," were a completely different product. The associate said that he would show us the other option which was similar just round. We walked over and the item was similar, except the "similar," for pit was marked at $170.00 more than the one that we were interested in. We ended up with nothing that we drove 40 minutes to get. In this day off technology it would seem that a store should know what they have in stock, especially if they are guaranteeing it on their website. Thank you
