Best special order staff. When I need a non-stock item these people are super helpful. They have an equipment rental department. The competition does not.

Very clean and tidy location, a huge relief from others I have been to. The garden area typically has a good selection and the plants are of decent quality based on the ones we've gotten in the past here.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Home Depot appliance delivery service is a joke and so unprofessional. I would NEVER purchase anything from Home Depot ever again. They started a 15 minute timer to deliver a refrigerator and I arrived to the property within 9 minutes and they said your fifteen minutes is up "homeboy" and they never took it off the truck." Several issues with this company. Do yourself a favor and buy locally or go to Lowes.

Every time I'm here I swear the employees try their best to get you to NOT buy their merchandise! The first bad experience was when I went here to buy a traeger 575 with my wife. The store manager and assistant manager literally told me in order to purchase it I needed to wheel the already built and scratched up show model grill to the checkout. In case you have never wheeled a traeger around let me tell you- these things are over a hundred and some pounds. Not exactly an easy thing to wheel half way across a warehouse with only two wheels..like why couldn't they have offered to help or get someone to?? The last time I was here I wanted to buy a hammer drill. Apparently home depot keeps all of their power tool boxes behind locked cages. Which in today's world i guess is understandable. However, literally no one wanted to help me get the cage open or help me get a drill. I asked 3 different employees and all they said was "oh there should be someone over there" . Not one of them offered to track down this supposed employee or get someone who could help. In both of these instances I just ended up getting the items online and from a different store. I have no desire to return to this store and waste my time again.

This store is really great. I’m here 5-6 times a week for my job. Every time I’ve been there, everyone is helpful and are never too busy to help. Thanks Home Depot or making my life easy.

A big shoutout to Errol in the Tool Rental Dept. On Saturday I bought a new Echo 2620 trimmer and was unable to start it. Despite actually reading the instruction manual (I know...crazy, right?!) AND watching YouTube videos, the weed eater simply wouldn't start. Called the store and they advised I come in and see someone in Errol's department. On a Saturday evening, he was the only person working in that area, which was a tall order. He was incredibly busy; yet he juggled multiple customers effortlessly and still provided me with exceptional customer service and guidance. This particular trimmer ended up being a dud so I exchanged it for the same model and, once going back to Errol to give it a test run, everything worked as it should Errol was the consummate gentleman, and I greatly appreciated his product knowledge and advice. Thank you!

I wanted to buy a certain type of tomato plant and had been to several places with no luck in finding it. I stopped at the Home Depot in Mt Pleasant, and they were also out of stock. That's when Carolyn Black came to the rescue. She took my number and said she would call me if some came in, and two days later I got the call from her letting me know that a few of them arrived. Thank you for your great customer service.

Very good service!! Harrison went out of his way to help carry heavy carts & run around the store to grab things out of different isles. He had a positive attitude the whole entire time. Best service I’ve really ever had. I was very impressed and will be shopping more at that specific Home Depot because of it!

It's a solid Home Depot. The store is laid out nicely and the whole place seems pretty clean. The staff is always helpful and considerate. They've never been rude to me, which I appreciate. I am always able to get in and out of here quickly. It's definitely worth stopping by, if you need to.
