I went to this store to try to restore my parents' pre-paid phone accounts after they have been cut off because they are 3G. I had purchased new flip phones online and brought those in, as was recommended in a phone conversation with this store's manager. Romeo was assisting me, and he spent quite a bit of time on the phone with AT&T trying to restore the accounts. We ended up adding my parents' lines to my account for basically the same price, and he got me credit for the money that was left on the old accounts. Romeo was very patient, informative and helpful, and so was the manager he consulted with. It was a very positive experience, highly recommend this store!

I was looking to buy an sd card for my phone- they said they didn't have any and the last one they had was there for a long time collecting dust. So I asked if they could help me find another store that had one and he told me to use google and acted like I was wasting his time. Terrible customer service. I went to my car and called the next closest at&t which is the Johnson creek location and the gal was extremely helpful and said they had 2 available but then asked me how much space I wanted and when I said as much as possible she suggested that I go to best buy- she wanted to help me get what I needed even though she was sending me to a different business- that is good customer service. Helping the customer get what they need. Even though I live in Milwaukie next time I need service at at&t I will go to the Johnson creek location because they have great customer service.

Poor customer service, I couldn't even start to explain why I was changing from one carrier of phone. Oh and if you want to be said that your lying go their, that's making me think on if I want to change to this company because of this experience. And if I could give them no star's I would.

If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would have put. Jewel was horribly rude to an elderly man and then horribly rude to me. When she got her manager on the phone he pretty much started making excuses for her being alone. Me and the other customer were the only ones in the store and both of us didn’t care how long it was taking. She told the other customer “do you have anymore questions because I can do two things at once. You can’t just be standing around the store.” This was after he said to go ahead and help me because he had a lot of questions. He was just being polite. There is so much more but I will NEVER go back to that store. I have always received very good customer service no matter how busy they were. Jewel was very disrespectful and just horrible. She lied to her manager when me and the other customer were telling him what she had said.

If I could give them a zero I would. First off the are not a att corporate store they are a authorized retailer, so remember your not dealing with a corporate store. Second off I had an experience in which I am discussed by they had an employee they went through my phone and shifted through my personal photos then followed me in a dark parking lot. Stole my phone number and tried being super creepy after even being report to the corporate office they still don't do anything and qt this point still haven't contacted me as instructed by the att corporate office. So enter this store at your own risk because they don't care about misrepresenting and they do nothing when their employees abuse there position within the job. It's sad that they could care less. Hopefully they fix there issues there because there's a bigger issue within this location!

I have purchased 7 phones at this store but because of Austin, I will not buy there again. Austin had someone there before me so I waited. While I waited I was charging my phone. When he was finished with the other customers I was the only person in the store. I had purchased a new phone a few weeks back and needed to fix my trade in. My return trip to the store today was to turn in the trade in. Austin clearly didn’t want me in there. He was rude. Told me that I could only charge my phone for 5 min, told me I should call att and have them send me a box to turn in my phone. If you ship here, hope you don’t get condescending jerk as a sales person. Go back to Ohio.

They weren't able to help me do what I wanted to do (AT&T's fault, not the employee's fault) but the employee was very nice and suggested other options to explore. I'm not going to deal with AT&T as a company because their options did not work for me and they're like the most expensive carrier, but the staff member here is really nice and good at his job. He seemed to be the only person on staff, so be patient if you come here, he can only help out one customer at a time. I didn't have to wait terribly long because he was efficient.

This location has at least one outstanding resource, although if I was hearing some of the conversations in the room correctly, they are all knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with Nic Moore, who is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and thorough customer service people I've met in a long time - he was willing to take the time necessary to get me comfortable with my new plan and get me where I needed to be. No place I'd rather go for a new cell phone.
