I have done alot of reviews. And I must say, this is the best business I ever dealt with. I have a awesome free expensive phone, fast, 5g, unlimited everything for the low price of $50.00 a month, great coverage, great picture, and sound. I did a zoom audition and did not need a headset. Great color. Fast, totally awesome. And they have a program if you get ebt, or govt assistance, your bill can get reduce to $20.00 a month, a win win situation all around. The staff is fast, very knowledgeable,very nice. They will find a way to meet your needs, a 10 star staff!!! Go in and see what they have, you will be pleased. My plan is month to month, no binding contract. Great place, all around!! Forgot to mention, charger is ⏩ fast!!

I was in the area trying to find a state park and got lost and decided to stop at this wonderful service provider/ business and they were very helpful and kind and helped me find where I needed to go so much so that I'm thinking about gong back too switch my provider, if you see this thank you so much Amber Calvin And Matthew for your kindness anf willingness to give Seth best service even if it wasn't for the store.

They saved me money and if that doesn't make you wanna come here I don't know what will. They were very transparent and made me feel heard. There were three employees at the store when I got there and they were all nice. Give them some love for me.

Raul helped me pick out my new A12 and amber helped me pick out my case! Like the team work. I felt very appreciated. They asked me to fill out the survey but I didn't have a chance to do it when it came in! 10/10

Very disappointed I bought a case for 34.99 overhead her telling another customer the same case for 19.99 ?!? Pplz watch out with what she adds to your phone bill I asked for a $50 plan and and I walk out with $60 plan and I went and called customer careasked why it’s $60 when she said it’s only $50 and they said because she added insurance!!! I feel scammed teach your rep please to not scam people by raising prices to accessories!! I do not recommend working with this assistance manager she claims to be. I see a lot of new people and I feel bad because I hear customers complaining about her adding pricing higher to her accessories for her commissions not what metro by tmobile should be switching to another carrier and heard more customers say the same thing!!
