I had them for two years. I had to visit them 10 times, for gauching me, you know the hidden fees routine. Nice people, bad company. I was part of a civil suit, against them, a nationwide one, we won hands down. Go to a credit union, or a smaller bank, that cares, not bank of america, OK cheers.

I just came back from this Mcloughlin blvd. branch WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The lady banker just wanted to push me off so she could go to lunch and wait for appointment that wasn't even there. She spent all the time she could have helped me telling me she had an appointment coming in. Just so everyone knows I have been a loyal customer since 1970! Time to change banks.

Takes too long to take care of anything past depositing or withdrawing money. It seems like that the easiest tasks will need manager approval which usually is by appointment only. While staff seems nice, they seem to be stuck in a system that sets them up to fail and to upset the customer.

I'm always greeted here with a warm friendly smile by employees, which I don't often get at my credit union. They're accurate, efficient and always went out of their way to resolve issues I've had. I have also observed their interactions with other customers to be genuinely friendly.

12 years of great service, all of a sudden service and customer care has turned into a horrible mess of I dont knows, nothing we can do and we will use this for future training. Sad to leave after so long with them but no need to settle for sub par service.

Havent had customer service issues with this WF in particular, but have had problems with at least 3 other branches where the employees were poorly trained at best. They often set up accounts wrong (god help you if you attempt to set up a student account with any hopes of avoiding the monthly service charge), which tends to also result in relaying of false-information about services. Its really unfortunate that every bank that I have ever banked with (except Huntington) has been incomparably worse. If only I still had a huntington bank near me :/ But I guess WF is second best. . .

My boyfriend and I have car loan here and come into pay it, however every single time they ask if we bank with them amd when I say I don't and I really like the bank I bank with they make me feel as though I should feel encouraged to switch over to them. After four weeks of trying to speak to a manager face to face ( I have a super busy schedule), I finally got to today. I was being charged $140 overdraft fees for 4 transactions that equalled $27. The manager asked how I kept track of my spending and I said I keep it through the app... Also said that the information given to me( by other employees, previous times) about my account didn't exist. basically the talk escalated to "there's no mistake on our end, you don't keep track of your money and theres nothing i can do for you, good luck with your next bank". Never been treated with such disrespect and ignorance. Not only em i being charged money (-167)but my time has been wasted trying to get some customer service.
