No customer service at all. Can have a line mile long. And they sit in back. And sit at their desk. Poor poor planning on management. Need to replace the manager's on staff.

Doesn't operate as a bank should. Numerous times not enough staff or staff can't do their job. Went this morning on a Saturday and the branch was closed. Looking for another bank. I've had enough !

I wish I could give 0 stars. I lost a lot of time and money by trying to use this bank on a Saturday. On google it says they are open 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday but upon arrival no one was there and the lights were all off. The sign on their door said the same for the hours though there was another sign with 10:00am to 2:00 pm. I waited an additional hour at the bank and again no one showed up. I was supposed to be working and I lost a load of money and valued time, not to mention I couldn't cash my checks so I lost out on buying my first car. They even confirmed these opening times on google a week prior but they completely lied. This branch is under incredibly poor management and it is criminally understaffed. Wells Fargo is a joke and you shouldn't bank with them anymore. If you can't trust them to open up their doors at the proper time don't trust them with your money.

Wells Fargo sure is trying to chase customers away. After they closed Sweet Home, then the best branch ever - Lebanon, I started to move away from using them. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1996 but no more. Their ATM’s in Sweet Home and Lebanon are less than reliable and their Albany store is chronically understaffed. Good bye Wells Fargo.

I and my 6 yo son walk in to deposit money. The line is horendioysly long but in these stressful times a little patience is needed. We finally get to the counter and my son, who had been holing about 0.82$ in change, put the money on the counter while I deal with the bills. The teller says that can't except my change because it isn't rolled. WHAT? Its less than a single dollar in change.. you are a bank!!!!? Your telling my your tellers can't count to a dollar???? Or do you just not accept change anymore here in the Uinted States? My son was very upset and when I asked HOW I was suppose to roll less than a dollar in change in the first place a Mr. Wright told me I should 'buy a roller off Amazon.com ' WHAT??? I HAVE TO BUY SOMTHING JUST FOR MY BANK TO ACCEPT THEIR OWN COUNTRIES CURRENCY!!! ARE YOU JOKING!!!

Understaffed, unhelpful and unprofessional. WF corporate should fire this branch manager. They could not open a new account or add someone to an account. The young woman who helped us, Kylie, refused to help us, simply saying there was “no one in charge” because the branch manager was on vacation. This just isn’t logical or believable. I’ve been with WF for 20 years and this is the worst experience. I’ll be looking for a new banking solution.

Worst bank I've ever been with. The employees are fine, it's the fact that the manangment doesn't know how to run a smooth operation . The line is almost ALWAYS backed up with only 1 or 2 people at the counter. They very frequently have there drive up closed so therefore LONGER lines= longer wait. And trust me there are always long lines. Get those counter people HELP wells Fargo, it's not like you dont have the money. And you are going to keep getting bad reviews about this branch and losing people if issues aren't resolved. I'm switching to a bank that actually cares about there customers. And don't bother responding to this review, it's not going to help. Actions speak louder than words.

The worst bank management. 3 months the drive up was closed. And when by chance you go inside for help and no customers are there the employees just sit there and ignore you. The manager is an extremely unhelpful woman. Oregon state credit is a thousand times better. And they have a scam going for fees where they say you didn't have money in the bank even though you deposited money in the bank. And they refuse to refund there errors

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been give misinformation on top of the bank teller not playing attention when being ask about a check I suspected to be fraudulent. On top of all this their help lines have further made this more difficult than Ever needing. I’ve had my account hacked and broken into as well before all of this. Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have ever used.
