I would give them less stars if I could. I opted to use this bank to get my special needs daughter an account. I set up an appointment on line and I arrive to the appointment early only to be told they couldn't help us because they didn't get the appointment. I waited I the lobby for 10 minutes before I was told they wouldn't help us. Absolute garbage customer service.

DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL PRACTICE AGAINST CONSUMERS... We opened an account to bank with Keybank in Canby Oregon. But shortly after banking with Keybank, we discovered that the services Keybank provides did not fit our financial needs. For examples, I needed to make a monthly payment, to another non-keybank account that was above the daily limit of $500. We went around with the call center, the branch, and at the end of the day, they could not help us. So we decided to close the account. We received an E-mail indicating that the account had been closed on June 14th, on June 16th, an autopay came in to collect $10 from that account. Instead of rejecting the payment in an already closed account, the branch made their decision (without consulting with us) to keep the account open, thus incurring an account balance, and accruing overdraft fee. So, now what started as a $10 bill on a CLOSED account, turned into me paying Keybank $85 so my credit is not ruined, and I can close my account for the SECOND time. Here is how unethical this transaction is: 1. the Account was closed. 2. The branch took money from us to cover an overdraft that never should have existed. 3. double the fees in one week. This is a very dishonest practice that will reported, and your three stars in Consumer Affairs and BBB will continue to decrease due to this practice.

The staff here have been excellent! We opened an account at another branch that got all messed up and Duffin was super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and a wonderful conversationalist.
