Have purchased two remote start system from this business and their customer service would replace batteries in fob after purchase. Brought a fob in last week for battery replacement, no batteries because of ‘supply issues’. Purchased and replaced batteries myself. Fob doesn’t work - still a ‘no go’. For them to diagnose or reprogram the fob will cost a minimum charge of $32.50. Will no longer be purchasing or recommending them and will go elsewhere that stands behind their products.

I purchased a display model $1,300 car display and had ran new wires myself. I explained that I just purchased the unit and wanted to pay for someone to see why the amps weren’t turning on. They said for sure and scheduled me for 8:30 am. They called the next day to say they wouldn’t look at it unless I paid for a new install to run new wires, which were already in the vehicle and brand new. I asked why I would need to be charged for new wiring and the labor involved and they disregard the question and said they wouldn’t wouldn’t look at the issue they said they would look at the day before, without me paying an entire install fee. Terrible business practices.

Called on phone to ask about an underglow kit installation. I explained that I had one on the vehicle that quit working. They called me back on Monday and quoted me $481 installed. Upon arrival, I again mentioned the underglow that is currently on there. Now, I am told $65 more for removal. The kit I have on there now came with the remotes AND the phone control module for under $100 and installation was only 2 hours. The salesman here said the module if I wanted it would be more than $60 or the price I paid for the entire underglow. Definitely disappointing that the kit doesn’t include the module as that is pretty standard and the kit itself is priced at more than double what I could get a better kit on Amazon for. Never again will I put my money in their pockets. They have done tint for me too. Sadly I think it has gone down hill since then. It only took 2 hours and I was charged for 5 WTH!

10 STARS!! Thanks to David, the installers and everyone at Car-Fi. I just recently had them install an entire JL AUDIO system in my car and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.. It has FAR surpassed my expectations. It THUMPS SO HARD my review mirror came unglued and fell off.. They were fast, knowledgeable and professional with every step in the process.. They were also very patient with me as I changed my mind on the level($$$)of equipment I wanted several times in the week leading up to my install..I finally pulled the trigger (after reading many reviews and reading up on the difference in options) and spent the extra money to get a higher end setup than what I initially thought I wanted, and I'm glad I did.. If you're looking to improve your stereo, go see these guys.. Side Note: If you're looking at JL Audio as an option, spend the extra money to get at least the W3 subs.. I can't even imagine what the W6 or W7 subs sound like.. Hope this helps someone that is debating on a system, don't think just do it.. Edit: (posting this comment 10 months after my initial purchase) One of my subs quit on me today and I immediately went back to get it tested. David took time out of his day to check it out without me having an appointment. I was willing to puchase a new one as I chalked it up to bad luck. David pulled up my receipt and saw that I was within the warranty and swapped it out for a brand new sub, no questions(or cost)asked. I realize that technically I was within warranty, but as many of us find out when our products stop working that in some cases the company doesn't really help us out or fix the situation. He could have charged me for taking up his time or given me the run around, but he didn't. I would just like to thank him and all the guys at Car-Fi. Again, if you're looking for quality and great service, go check them out. Thank you David and Car-Fi..

Dispassionate employees, uncaring and unkind. And extremely unhelpful quoted me one price for 49.99 in person then went to a different register to ask a few questions and was told double the price for the siren did not honor first quoted price. Used to be an excellent company now can’t wait for it to be replaced. Springfield location is a horrid excuse for a company learn from the nixa location they are 5star service all day. Sad have to drive all the way to nixa to get quality service and be treated fairly never again another customer lost, hundreds in possible sales. Customers are everything for a business treat them so. Being jerks to your customers you will be under faster than you can blink.

Great guys! Wonderful shop. Looks really good! A different shop installed the amp years ago, did a terrible job, wires exposed and all. Bought a sub here and they hooked it up in seconds and got me going! The shop helped hide the wires and screw the amp in the carpet/not thru flooring. Anyway… good shop. Thanks again for the fix up! (Messy car sorry)

I came here 3 years ago for some small sub Installs and new cab speakers and loved the experience then. I came in recently, because I make the money spend now and got a tint and 2 12's put in for an insanely agreeable price. They did an amazing job, took the time they needed to do it right the first time and it is the CLEANEST job I've seen. Love the place, love the people cause they take the time to help you get what you need at a pretty good price. Thanks to Austin, Demarcus, and the install team!

I went into car fi a month ago looking for a good unit to run multiple amps I wanted the apple car play android car play time alignment etc and Dustin walked me thru what I needed and explained everything in great detail and today I pulled the trigger and I got it and all I can say is daaaaaayum !!!! I should’ve done it weeks ago !! The level of adjustments you can make all of its features I couldn’t be more happier those guys up there know what there doing they know there equipment!!! They don’t try to upsale and they have a little something for every budget !!! I couldn’t be happier..
