Went to get a cup connector, was going to buy an extra battery. The middle eastern guy behind the counter was very dry and unfriendly. I decided to go someone where else for my battery.

Great customer service. The employee knew what he was talking about. Very up front and didn't try to over sell me. Extremely helpful with getting the final touches straightened out like the bluetooth connection. Fair price for the material and the labor. Very pleased with their work and will definitely continue to go to them for audio help/set up. I highly recommend Car Toyz.

DO NOT COME TO THIS FREAKING PLACE!!!!!! Save yourself the time and money. Costumer Service was Terrible! The PeeWee behind the counter had the nerve to call me a “Smart Ass” to my face when he pretty much robbed me without a gun. I spent $120 and the same stock radio is in my car just like when I arrived there. I brought everything that he needed which was the radio itself, dash-kit, and wiring harness and for my car and he told me that only one side of my car speakers were working and tried to rack up the price on me for a more expensive wiring harness , by the way he told me this instead of showing me. Also asked him to pull the my car back in the front parking lot so I could pay him and he refused to do so even after I gave him my ID to ensure he would get paid. These people are a ripoff! 👎 horrible experience. Mohammad or whatever your name is…..My message to you, What you did was wrong! You wanna run a business..learn how to treat your customers with some dignity and respect. Your gonna get yours some day for treating me like that.

Horrible experience! Do not go to this place! Sales reps do not know what they are talking about, and will try and wiggle out of any and everything they have suggested. Suggested a amp that was entirely two small, when I called to have a conversation about it after purchasing, the rep got upset because he thought I wanted to exchange it! Simply wanted to know if there was an amp bigger so I didn’t blow this one. Do not spend your money here! I definitely won’t be back!

Did not have the stereo I wanted (was listed as in stock on their website) so he tried to sell me an alternate that was a reasonable swap, only problem is he added 30 bucks to the price. (Same price I expected for the model I wanted - however the model he offered lists for $30 less) not a great first impression. Bait and switch with a little price gouging on the side. Look, I know stock is low and I know you want install customers, but this is just bad business. I'll never shop here again, too many alternatives.

I went to Car Toyz a year ago to install a remote start in my daughter's car. We were very happy with the install and have been enjoying the remote start since. Just today we had Car Toyz install a Car Play radio system in the same car and couldn't be happier. The price is what I was told and the install was very professional and was done on time when he said it would be. Would recommend them to anyone wanting car electronics. I'll probably have them install an amp for my motorcycle this summer. Spend your money local!!!!

These people do not have customer courtesy. I had bought a new amplifier for my truck. It had a whine sound. Wanted them to fix it. He asked me if I could bring it back. I agreed. Big mistake! The little weisel working the counter accused me of damaging the wiring. I told him I pay to have work done. He called me a LIAR to my face. I wanted to deck him but he wasn't worth it. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire! They suck!🤬

This place hooked it up. I think they did a nice clean job in only an hour and a half! They got me a loud booming bass system for the price a big name audio place in Independence quoted me for INSTALLATION. I got same day service and install. The system slaps and its installed clean. It came with a 1 year warranty. I definitely plan on coming back for a remote start and LEDs some day. Thanks so much guys. Seriously
