I love O reiley's great place to get car parts if they don't have what you're looking for they can order it or get it from the other store locations in the area. They will also put wiper blades on your car if you purchase them and ask for assistance. They can also put your car on a computer to diagnose it for you free of charge they are very reliable.

When did O'Reilly's lower their standards to staff who didn't know anything about cars that's why I was shopped there and the fact that they don't do that anymore is why we won't shop there anymore

Now this O'Reilly in Joplin was great, they didn't have what I wanted but, they had one ready for me at the other location to pick up as I was heading that way anyway, they were kind and curtious in both stores I went to.

Bought a radiator was told we could bring it back if we didn’t install it. No one said the box had to be brought with it.. it got rained on …so it was trashed brought the radiator inside to keep it out of the weather never installed it caps and everything still attached marks all still in line. Had receipt with lifetime warranty and showed them and they wouldn’t take it back with the receipt and the radiator that was never touched. Lamar Oreillys is the place I usually use and I won’t shop at the Carthage mo one anymore. Not everyone is a liar and they can clearly see it was exactly what we bought. pretty ridiculous honestly. The guy that helped us was very kind and was the one that told us we could bring it back didn’t know all the stipulations I guess.

The employees are very nice and helpful. Both times I had to get new windshield wipers they helped me find the correct sizes and the ones that would work well. They also installed the wipers for free the first time (the second time my brother did it for me instead of having them do it). Thank you, guys!
