DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH HANDLING YOUR ITEMS. I am in complete shock of how I just received my package from this company. I have never in my life seen anything packaged so unprofessionally as this. I was so excited to have this antique item shipped to my home and was brought to tears when I saw it on my doorstep. A single layer of bubble wrap in a few packing peanuts and they couldn’t even be bothered to write ‘fragile’ on the box. No amount of compensation can replace this shelf that I have spent months searching for. There are no words to express how deeply disappointed and foolish I feel to have even considered letting them handle my item. Do not make the same mistake I have made in trusting this company to package anything that you care about. If this is the only option you have….PACK IT YOURSELF.

They just have a horrible attitude towards their customers. UPS said it would be there and when I arrived I had to wait three days to receive my package because he did not know when the truck would be arriving to the shop.
