Managers are rude and extremely unhelpful! They sit on their phones while you are waiting for service. I had to walk up to Chantel( a manager) while she clearly saw me and on phone to tell her I need help. Then she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything for me when I paid for replacement of screen protector! The other manager Veimer followed up with a semi better attitude nonetheless refused to help me as well! T-Mobile misleads customers into buying services and products and then up charges and recharges for those services. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great customer service!! I went to get a replacement for my iPhone that broke, and the service was amazing!! I was able to get a brand new iPhone 12 with no problem at all, and the employee that helped me was very nice!! 👍🏼

I love♥️ my tmobile place! I have always had good service and always have my questions answered. I have been a customer for over 5 yrs now. I dont have a problem with my bill because if I cant pay the whole thing I can break it up into payments which I love! So I am able to keep my service going. I have 3 people on my plan and about to add my 12 year old. So tmobile here we come!🙂🙂🙂😎😎💯💯

They were pretty busy and seemed slow, but once we got going, they took care of everything toot sweet. Thanks. Now if the new T-Mobile SIM card in my Sprint phone would stop rearranging my home screen and icons... 😯

T-mobile it's self it's not bad. But this location, below any exceptions. Unfortunately if you have such manager like Mr. Collazo you cannot expect good results from people he manages. I rather drive to Princeton or Hamilton then come back here, and I will never recommend this location.

I have been a T-Mobile customer in Ewing a little over a year. Each experience, whether looking over their showcase or in need of assistance, has been a very pleasant experience. The attendants were very welcoming pleasant and very accommodating. I've had a few issues with my phone and their support throughout the process showed collaborative teamwork effort and great problem solving skills. I extend the same courtesy, all the more, over and beyond to Katherine and Elizabeth who assisted me on a few occasions. They listened intently and understood your concern and handled the problem at hand. Kudos to you Katherine and Elizabeth. I will recommend Ewing T-Mobile to anyone. You're definitely a 10 in my book.

I went to get an Apple Watch from the store on Thursday, I purchased the 44 mm but as a female I felt this watch was too large. I went back to the store to see if they could help me with getting a smaller watch: First: there were 3 staff helping one lady and three of us were standing around for a good while. Second: when I was assisted by a female salesperson she told me she wanted to see if her manager would wave the re-stock fee associated with returns, I was then approached by a man who immediately said “ there nothing we can do, you were given options and you have to live with your choice. I left the store and call customer service and she stared that the manager had the discretion to wave the 81% charge that would have been take out of the price I paid. I returned back to the store with her on the phone what transpired was the most disrespectful and racist situation I have ever witness at first had. The manager a very aggressive Spanish man approached me and said “I don’t know what’s goin on but I’m sticking by whatever my employer told you” With the phone still on customer service I proceeded to tell him my issue and he was so rude he went as far as to tell me that I was taking too long with my story, you can’t buy anything in this country without paying a restock fee (not true), he also stated when the customer service rep started she would have a district manager send an email to wave the fee, he got angry and said she has not right to tell me anything about that. He went so far to try and speak to me in a tone as if I had special needs, when I told him I was a very intelligent PhD carrier and to speak to me with respect,he spent minutes uttering “ so with your PhD we still won’t help you. He attempted to paraphrase a policy and when I inquired further he didn’t know the policy at all. In front of me he told all his staff to avoid assisting me citing “ no one can tell me what to do” The rep was still in the phone witnessing this entire transaction which prompted her to contact a supervisor who credited my account the exact amount the wanted to take for re-stock fee and apologized for what the rep witnessed and reported. Moral of the story; I am a woman of color who was mishandled by all the Spanish staff within the store, my previous purchase was made with a very nice you man of color the previous day. When a older (Spanish) lady came to me and told me to go to another store because the salespeople in the store were speaking in Spanish about me I told myself that on top of the horrible service and prices T-Mobile offers and charges, they do not have any real leadership which allows employees to treat customers any way they please because they know having a cellphone is a necessity today. This town has always been separated by race but customer service and quality service is what the retail industry is built on, but I know now that accommodations and respect comes when your being serviced by someone who resembles you because at this store the Spanish people are given concierge services while the customers of color stand around being ignored! Left T-Mobile service within 20 minutes of leaving the store!

This store is great. Everybody from d’andre and Jose and the other Jose are excellent. Quality customer service even thought I might have been a pain everybody was extremely patient with me and understanding. This has been the best Tmobile experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve been with Tmobile for years. Thank you all for the help and I’ll will definitely be returning for future mobile needs! Give them all raises!
