This place constantly harasses you if you're a few days late. Constantly calling and coming by my place. And the payment amount for leasing is outrageous. My refrigerator costs more than my new 2021 van.

Worst customer service. The woman and man who answer the phone are always rude as hell for no reason. I asked a simple question about delivery and got the worst attitude from the guy with his responses , not even the woman had such a attitude LOL If you don't like your job dont make that my problem. Also don't ever expect to get your items on time

Four stars. Why. Staff Is great. Dilevery men, best watch them, they will dent up your stuff. Not once but twice. And second time was worse and being there did not help. Did everything I could so it wouldn't happen again but no good. Sorry for the staff that has to hear and deal with this issue.

Worst Aaron's Ever! One star because I couldn't leave it at none. . . I ordered a bedroom set in AUGUST, I received it a month later after they kept giving me the run around. Then they didn't even bring all the parts. Its not October and my bedroom set isn't complete. The railings to the bed frame is missing causing it to be extra squeaky and feels like it will fall apart. We have called them over and over to only get "We will have a manager call you back" or "The manager isn't in" or "We will call you back" AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK! If we do not call them, they do not call us. But to charge us for the monthly payment they call us real quick! I am beyond upset with their lack of customer service. The Aaron's in Belleville, NJ NEVER gave us issues. I will NEVER get from this Aaron's AGAIN.

The worst ordered a bedroom set they delivered it on the 17th the boxspring was to big to go up so they had to take it back for the splits said they wouldnt be able to deliver until that next wed. until this day i still dont have it. called them today theyre saying now they cant deliver until Wed again really three weeks.

The people in this store are very unprofessional and rude. I just moved in my place and needed furniture for the holidays. I ordered furniture on the Nov 11 couldn't get it until the Nov 22. Got to the 22 and they couldn't deliver it because it was ripped. I never got a call. I had to call them. Then they sent a replacment set which was disgusting. It was dirty and had spots all over it. When I said u didn't want that. They didn't bring anything else. The site manager said he wasn't sending any more deliveries out. So therefore my guest head no where to sit. I was reduced to sitting my mother in folding chairs for the holiday. They do not treat their customers with respect. I was a first time customer and I will never go back.

Wow! Disgusting customer service!. Real quick and straight to the point, I leased a dryer and a Samsung refrigerator from the Morrisville, PA location. Morrisville closed and North Olden UNFORTUNATELY took over. They call for payment and I explain how my fridge stopped working. I get hung up on because all they care about is "getting a minimum payment 1st" when I've always kept a good payment history but NOW I refuse to pay for non working equipment. Technician finally comes in on a Tuesday says it's not running appropriately so I will get a call Wednesday. Thursday comes NOBODY reached out I call Thursday afternoon and a very unprofessional Rep called KEN starts raising his voice when all I was trying to do was explain my situation..very uncalled for. He finally says Friday we will be the 1st delivery out with a loaner. Friday at 1pm I called, KEN didn't even remember what he had told me, I try to explain and he starts yelling "let me just see what is going on!" He hangs up so 10 mins later I walk in to the store. Wow this man is the most rude and unprofessional being I've ever encountered. This man was yelling at the top of his lungs looking all frustrated when it was not even that serious. All I wanted to know was when my fridge was coming. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS STORE! WHEN PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR THEIR MERCHANDISE THEY EXPECT GOOD SERVICE. THIS STORE IS FARRO FROM GOOD SERVICE, AND I DON'T SAY IT ONLY B/C OF the HORRIBLE KEN CONFRONTATION. I SUGGEST NOBODY GO TO THIS Aaron's store. I am super done with this company!

The customer service is absolutely horrible. My mother and I went in to look for a living room set. The manager Bob was on duty and he seemed absolutely discussed it with his job.. He had an attitude from the moment we walked in.. He didn't relay any good information! Never shop here! You'll walk out in a bad mood!
