Managers are rude and extremely unhelpful! They sit on their phones while you are waiting for service. I had to walk up to Chantel( a manager) while she clearly saw me and on phone to tell her I need help. Then she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything for me when I paid for replacement of screen protector! The other manager Veimer followed up with a semi better attitude nonetheless refused to help me as well! T-Mobile misleads customers into buying services and products and then up charges and recharges for those services. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ~Francis
