I called before I came on Friday and they said surprisingly we're not busy, so I brought in my Jeep and left it. But I should have walked away right then when the owner (Jason?) smelled like weed. I called Monday for an update and the girl said she'd find out and call me back. No call back. I called again Tuesday morning and the girl said let me find out and call you back. She did not call back, so I called later just before they closed and she promised me to call me back the next morning on Wednesday. I asked her name and she said Tonya. On Wednesday I hadn't heard anything so I drove to Hernando and picked up my Jeep. It looked like it hadn't been touched.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic!!!! Almost cost me a lot of money by not putting my radiator cap back on secure. Thank goodness I checked behind them!! Also insulted my choice in vehicles and told me what I needed to buy instead like he’s paying my bills.

I called the shop on a whim at 415 on a Friday afternoon and said I was going out of town for the weekend. Jason said come and down and we can do it. He got it done and I was on my way shortly after 5. He also dug a dead bird that was lodged in my engine compartment out. Very personable and reasonably priced. Our radiator froze up during winter Strom uri. Apparently our service person back home did not put the right antifreeze in. Hernando Automotive took care of our issue in a quick and professional time frame. Replaced the radiator and gave us a very fair price. Very impressed with the service we received! 5 star service!
