I visited the Hernando, MS AutoZone due to a suspected failing battery. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Nathan Morris. Nate was very professional and quickly helped me find the source of the problem. He also presented several options for replacement batteries, explaining pros and cons for each one. After finalizing the purchase, he had no trouble at all installing the battery and taking care of the old battery. I found Nate to be very kind, exceptionally skillful and professional throughout the entire experience. He is a good asset to his team. ~John

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic!!!! Almost cost me a lot of money by not putting my radiator cap back on secure. Thank goodness I checked behind them!! Also insulted my choice in vehicles and told me what I needed to buy instead like he’s paying my bills. ~Emily

100 out of 100 would totally recommend this place it just came under new management about 2 years ago I believe and they are so helpful. If you've been coming there a while they will remember, cause they are great. Good ole country people! ~Dawson

There is a problem with the Pro Member process, I assume it would be the assistant making the error. When I purchase items on 3x and 5x point days I hardly ever get my extra points. I always have to go back and remind the store later after reviewing my receipt that they were not added and it's not just at one outlet as I shop at many different locations. One would think that if you are listed as a Pro Member that it would automatically enter the extra points. It's just annoying that the customer has to remind the retailer of promotions that the customer is paying a premium for. ~James

the white is from inails the pink is where I went and got them fixed at stylish nails. I wish I would have taken pictures of my other hand and better pictures to show the rest of the polish on my fingers and the crooked nails. I have never complained about my nails before after getting them done. I left inails and went immediately to another nail salon to get them fixed. Not only we’re the nails crooked and looked horrible, but the whole experience felt very uncomfortable they were very rude. Service: Acrylic nails ~Alicia
