If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The cashier was terrible. She was rude and impatient. I must add that the pharmacy staff was great and so helpful.

The one clerk I saw in the store was horrible -- not paying attention to customers properly, speaking in a snarky attitude to customers, looking like he hated being there. Some young guy. Totally unacceptable behavior. (I was there on Tuesday, Nov. 9, at about 11:45 a.m.) Now, CVS always has a variety of good deals for people who have a CVS card -- which they give you in return for your personal info which they use for marketing purposes. If you like these deals in exchange for using you for marketing, they are available at any CVS store. My review here is for this CVS store in particular. CVS, like all business, is in a terrible position: it is desperately hard to find competent people with proper attitudes (polite, friendly, respectful, service-oriented). Maybe the management has tried for weeks to get the snarky young guy at this store to be a professional without success, and they can't find any anyone else who is even willing to hold a regular job there. Who knows. The culture is collapsing, so this is all the more common nowadays.

HELP THR PHARMACIST !!!!! I can’t recall his name possibly Mr Lam (it isn’t Daniel). Every time I come up there it is just him. The phone is ringing or on hold, the drive through is like rush hour…packed with cars not moving, the line inside is a little better when he isn’t having to give Covid shots on top of everything else. When Stacey worked there I looked forward to coming in and chatting with her as well as several of the employees. Now the front of three store is all néw people who aren’t the most helpful except two or three. I will get their names as they deserve Recognition!! Please get help for the pharmacy in the evening! Answer the phone or hv someone just to do that. But give Mr Lam a raise and a break for putting up with this disaster of a pharmacy. Oh and please upgrade the building lights and parking lot. Last time I went to my car I found a rib that someone had half eaten. That’s just nasty!

The outside of the store is very unclean.....trash form other stores blown on the parking lot.....the mens restroom toilet has deification from others before me and there is no scrubber to clean it or barely any TP to wipe myself.....this store is not kept up since Stacy got sick.....very ashamed of this store manager not checking his location.....!😡😡😡😡

Recently took a Drive-Thru COVID test. I was able to sign up on CVS's website, schedule/test the same day. The process was fast, easy to follow and painless. I did have to schedule on a laptop, but I don't know if that was my phone's fault or their website. On my phone I wasn't able to add my insurance card copies.

90% off Christmas items!!! Just wish there were Price tags-shelf Sale signage like ANYWHERE at this location. LOVE CVS-BUT this is my least favorite location to go to for ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE which is unfortunate since it's only a 1/2 mile from my house! The shelves are never stocked, remaining product is never visibly priced, I've only seen the store manager come out of her side door office maybe twice-the front end cashier is the only available or employee in sight EVER when you need assistance. And forget about the pharmacy-they seem to work only banker hours and never less than a 6hr to 1 DAY WAIT on any prescription refills.

The pharmacy is always willing to help! The pharmacist is always willing to help you with a problem and answer your questions. Even though they are very busy. Workers threw out the entire store are always helpful and friendly, great staff!!

Very disappointed in this store. Thought I would switch, since it is close to me.. But after calling 3 different times and on hold for 10-15 mins each time. One would think they at least answer and you to hold a moment. We decided to go get my meds. Still had to wait, while they re-entered my insurance info and fill the script.

Candy is a good deal. Not too long of a wait for meds. they let tree limbs play over the sidewalk for a month and nobody did anything about it it's actually a fairly busy route for walkers and they had to go around these tree limbs it must not be well managed
