Had a flat and ended up needing all tires replaced. Al helped me with a few options including the ability to pay in installments had I needed that. Did not feel like he was trying to upsell me at all which I completely appreciate! The store is clean, efficient, friendly staff, a decent place to wait with cold drinks and great explanations afterwards on work they did. Would give five stars for service and facility. Four stars for price - just more than I had hoped to pay per tire but does include 3 yr emergency service. Worth it for my peace of mind.

My vehicle was shaking mildly while driving. After having it checked, I was told, by the dealership, I needed new tires. To me it didn't look like I needed new tires, but since everything else checked out, I figured I had a bad set of tires. A co-worker recommended RNR. The day of my install, more than one of the workers told me my tires were brand new and I didn't need new tires after all! Turns out, the tires were not mounted balanced correctly before I purchased the vehicle, and that was why it was shaking. RNR could have taken my money and gave me tires I didn't need! I TOTALLY APPRECIATE them and I will DEFINITELY be back to the Raytown, MO location when I do need tires.

Stephon was absolutely amazing and professional. He got me in and out. The whole staff is nice. This is definitely a place to shop especially if your having financial problems they have a affordable payment plan. Be sure to shop here, I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience when I purchased the tires, but after my first payment things have gone down hill. Be careful when calling up there and thinking you are talking to the manager because I just did that. I asked to talked to Sal and was told I was talking to Sal even after I questioned two times if it was Sal who was really on the phone. I even said you sound different to which the person replied " I have a cold." Well come to find out I wasn't talking to him but to another employee which had no business talking to me about my account information. I am feeling very upset that I was lied to and now have a hard time trusting the staff. It's very unprofessional to lie to your clients.

This was my first time going to RnR Tire and the process was super easy! I got my quote, scheduled my appointment and my car was ready faster than the amount of time I was their filling out and signing my paperwork. Whole process was 30 minutes and I was done! These guys were all super friendly also! One of the better businesses in Raytown. If you need tires this is the place to go, oh and the warranty and coverage they offer with the tires was really good also! Will definitely be going back to them for all my tire needs.

Went in with a flat and they got me set up with all new tires, a rebate, and an alignment all within an hour. They were incredibly helpful the entire time and very friendly! Will definitely be going back for any future issues!

Friendly and professional. Easy process for approval, just extensive but expected. Once they got car back in shop was quick to get tires on and out. Good way to get a new set instead of paying outright immediately.
