Had them change in the O2 sensor. 300 dollars.turned out they changed the wrong one..manager said bring it back they would make it rite.then i got a call that said id have to pay more money to get it done. they are incapable. and scam artists. will never recommend them to anyone.

NEVER again will I use this location. Total lack of respect towards customers... In addition to a terrible in-store experience, I emailed you on Sunday, 7/3 first before posting my comments to the below email, with NO response.. So terrible customer service at store and terrible corporate follow up. Very insightful in how little regard that Firestone has for the consumer public and bad experiences

Set up online appointment yesterday for afternoon oil change. Was sent email (no call) about half an hour later saying we would need to reschedule. I called and there were no appointments available. So I set up online appointment yesterday for this morning and was called this morning (missed call, no voicemail left) by Firestone. So I called back and this appointment does not work either, no apology. Why even bother to have online appointments? You screw with peoples' busy schedules. Had I known now twice the appointment I set wouldn't have worked, I would have set an appointment somewhere else. Now I call and other places are booked as well. Thanks, Firestone!

The store manager Ted is amazing and awesome to work with. Jamie the service manager is also amazing! Both guys are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen and make sure that the job is done right the first time! I will be coming back because of them and definitely recommending this location to everyone I know!!!

Don’t go here, straight up scam. They told us our car failed emissions and to take it to our dealership to reset the computer in order for it to pass. Our dealership ran the same emissions test and told us nothing was wrong and we should have never come to them. Now we’re out $169 for a diagnostic test we never needed and Firestone did NOTHING about it and said it wasn’t their fault.

"Your alignment is done, the steering wheel is straight, you're good to go". - Well, it's not actually. See the photo. "With your Lifetime Alignment, You've gotten 4 alignments in less than two years so you've gotten your money's worth. We're not supposed to do any more on this car." - So apparently a "life time alignment" is a 4 time alignment. One of which was to correct a poor alignment they did (like this one, with the crooked "straight" steering wheel). Integrity doesn't seem to be very important here. Caveat; the shop manager is a good guy. I'm sure he's trying to cut cost with hours because he's short-staffed and has some Kool-Aid drinking monkey in a suit breathing down his neck about numbers. So I'd say this is a Firestone Corporate issue, rather than this specific location. This is just the location I've had this experience at.

I would NEVER recommend this place. Took my car in for brake problems and they bled the brake lines and charged me almost $150. Turns out they probably didn't even look at the problem because I had to take it to another mechanic and they found problems with the caliper, hose, and master cylinder. The kicker is after not fixing the problem, they told me my car was safe to drive. Total waste of money and they left me with an unsafe car.

I wanted to give 5 rating to this store despite my problem wasn’t resolved at first time. Office in charge was honest enough to acknowledge the issue and finally fix the issue to my satisfaction. I understand this is mechanical things and sometimes it may not be correct at first place. What is matters is willingness to satisfy the client which they exactly did to me. If ends well, then everything thing is good. Another suggestion is that Firestone need to work on making the waiting lounge smell free. There are tires on display on waiting lobby which makes difficult to sit while customers cars are being ready. May be they can place the display tires in closed glass envelope so that smell shouldn’t come in waiting lobby.

I had a huge problem of having a blow out on the highway just outside st louis, i couldn't find anybody with the tire i was looking for, vw was closed and I was stuck there, Tony confirmed the tire size and got it order through an "Express method" which had the tire there within 1 hr instead of previously quoted 3 hrs. Had the tire mounted and balanced as soon as it arrived and I was out the door!! Thank you so much!!

If there was a negative star I would use that. I bought a set of tires from this location in June. I recently had one of the tires blow out. I have owned several cars in my life and NEVER had an inner sidewall blow out on a tire. I took it in and the manager, who by the way would not come out and talk to me personally said the tire had been run flat and that is why. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. So I paid for the replacement. Two weeks later I had yet another tire go flat with the inner sidewall ripping apart.I took it to the location and got the same story. This time I knew better. They did not want to take care of it and told me it would be at least 5 hours even if it would be that soon. The employee said they had too much work as you could see four guys standing around in the garage. I left and went to a different location which told me it was a tire defect and they replaced them for free.
