The entire staff at Huffman was awesome! They made the ring searching process a smooth one and treated my fiancé and I like family. I would highly recommend Huffman to anyone searching for a special ring!

EDIT: Since I’ve had good experiences with Huffman in the past I had them help me with an engagement ring. It was a custom created platinum setting with a single center stone I provided. It took roughly as long as they had told me but then a series of unfortunate circumstances (ring engraver machine broke) made it take longer. When I expressed frustration that it was taking a while they went above and beyond to get it there sooner and let me pick it up after-hours. We had it resized after she got it and they didn’t charge me. I like that they were honest and worked to make things right even though some things were out of their control. We went back to get her wedding band too. ORIGINAL: Needed a watch-band adjusted and they were one of the only jewelers to open at 9AM. Came in and waited a few minutes (there were two customers in front of me) and someone from the back came out and made the adjustments needed. Only cost $5. Very nice, quick and reasonable price. Will likely go there again to support local business rather than chains or bigger competitors like Clarkson Jewelers.

Very nice place. I had to have my wedding set cut off my finger for surgery (too many potato chips over the years). They were able to do it in less than five minutes - and for no charge. I will definitely keep them in mind when the time comes to re-size my rings. Update: I did return, 17 months later, to have my ring resized. They did a fabulous job and my ring fits perfectly. They cleaned it up and it looks brand new. The price was MORE than reasonable! I highly recommend this place (they even stayed late so I could pick it up!)

Even though we've been married 45 years, I had never worn an engagement ring...my husband found a stunningly gorgeous ring and bought it for my Christmas present. I needed to get it sized from an 8 to a 5 3/4! Even though it needed this huge adjustment, they did a beautiful job...and in a very short time. In January, I took a very old watch in to get fixed and cleaned. What fantastic work they did...and again it cost less than what I had expected! I also took in a pair of earrings that were handed down to me from my mother. I needed them changed from clip on to pierced. I wasn't sure if it could even be done. This jeweler, true to form, did beautiful work on them as well. I have never been disappointed and will never go antwhere else.
