I have to give diamonds and more a 100/10 rating. They went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have too! With NO hassle or excuses. I got my replacement ring Thursday from zales took it to diamonds and more Friday. We figured out zales hadn’t actually sized my ring, and I wanted them to check to make sure everything was good on the ring. I had my ring back sized in a little over 2 hours!!! Oh and a warranty for the ring even though it wasn’t purchased through them! 🤯🤯🤯 I am blown away by the great service I got from there! Still 100000/10 do not recommend zales! Thanks diamonds and more!

Recently I took my wife's antique ring in for repair. The ring was her mothers and is 80 to 90 years old. The repair was absolutely beautiful. My wife was very, very pleased with the outcome. I recommend Diamonds & More to one and all.

I was so impressed with dedication to the customer. The ability to watch a repair from beginning to end is very comforting when dealing with family heirlooms. There are two jewelers in house that do beautiful work. I know my investments will be cared for well by the whole team at Diamonds or More. Anything I purchase and even my old jewelry can be cleaned anytime and inspected for repair. The customer service is impeccable!
