I have to give diamonds and more a 100/10 rating. They went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have too! With NO hassle or excuses. I got my replacement ring Thursday from zales took it to diamonds and more Friday. We figured out zales hadn’t actually sized my ring, and I wanted them to check to make sure everything was good on the ring. I had my ring back sized in a little over 2 hours!!! Oh and a warranty for the ring even though it wasn’t purchased through them! 🤯🤯🤯 I am blown away by the great service I got from there! Still 100000/10 do not recommend zales!
