Second time picking up a order and get the wrong items. but this time employee Jose was really rude. When he came to my car he asked me are you Ortiz? I said yes, so i thought my order was complete. When I look, first thing I see is ground beef meat which i didnt order. I told him and he again asked are you Ortiz . I said yes but im not the only Ortiz in town. He said thats not my problem and left. I guess he thought i made a mistake and order ground beef by mistake which i didn't. I waited and waited for a manager Mufida she was confuse too about the order because my order number and the one on the bag were not the same. She apologize and went inside to get my other bag. She said the bag was in the fridge and he forgot.

I love Walmart so much. They have everything one could absolutely need at affordable prices. I love buying my books from this Walmart in particular because they actually have a wonderful selection and the way there food is structured in the store makes sense to me and makes shopping much easier.

Literally the worst Walmart I've ever been to. No carts 2 times in a row. The manager thought it to be a good idea to have workers stocking the shelves on a middle of Sunday instead of opening checkouts. So pallets everywhere in the isle and lines to the back of the store. Don't shop here ever.

Decent place, signs to aisles could be more visible, price tags could be better and placed properly. Some of the aisles are not kept up. It's kinda messy. Could have better customer service. Could be better for a billion dollar corporation. Corporate could get more involved to provide better support to this store.

Was a good time to go shopping the store was not crowded and my check out line had 1 person in front of me so I was all checked out and on my way home in 3 minutes, some times it pays to go shopping before noon.

A Walmart employee hit my ankle with a train of 20 shopping cars and when I try to tell him to be careful he started screaming at me with out any apologies and try to tell me I was lying. the only option, that he offers me was to speak with the manager I tell him that I don't want to talk with his manager I just tried to tell him that be careful and he don't let me talk. he continues insulting me and after that I call the manager

Great shopping experience and helpful staff ... but the door greeters hashing customer for receipts and holding the customer carts until they see receipt is uncalled for. The store has cameras all over the store, they have lost prevention and also cameras at the register 🙄 what's need need to hold a customer cart and not let them go until they see receipt.... 🤷♂️👮♀️👮

I put my cash in the register to pay for part of my purchase. Then I put my card in to pay for the remainder and the screen cancelled and did not acknowledge that I put 17$ cash in. I called the girl over and she said that it’s not showing where I put any cash in but the manager would have to look at the cameras I said great do that then. The manager came over and asked Me exactly how much I put in I couldn’t remember 17 or 18 and I said let me do the math. I did the math it was 17 he walked off. Like I was lying. Muttering I’m not giving nothing if she don’t know .. I asked him to repeat what he said and he did. And he walked away and I am still waiting situation unresolved. He called the police. Never apologized to me. I am old enough to be this kids grandmother. He has no business Working in the service industry I will be calling corporate and I will be making a formal complaint this is terrible district disrespectful horrible treatment terrible customer service absolute worst Walmart manager ever MAX

Spent 10 minutes in line and had two employees come up basically forcing us to move down to self check out and said to both that didn’t want to utilize self check out and the attitude given was unreal. I understand that self check out makes their job easier but waiting in a mob of people to check out my cart full of items sounds awful and not sure why the employees felt the need to borderline bully me and other shoppers into doing something we did not want to do.

This is appalling how could anywhere legally be allowed to sell products like this??? I bought 3 steaks from here less than an hour ago went to season them and noticed every single one was brown. And the funny thing is the browning was under the stickers they put on the tank packaging!!!! It wasn’t aon discount or anything to make someone think that there could possibly be something wrong with them This is unexeptable!!
