I came 7 min before the closing through Drive through. I had 2 cars before me. When it was my turn, they told me they were closed. I run to the front and I asked the manager Randy to give me the prescriptions, considering that I was in line before the closing. Although the store was technically closed, he went above and beyond to help me. Thank you

I have to say for the past year I was having a horrible experience with miss information/ lying, rudeness and clearly uninterested in the customer well being in the pharmacy. Up until recently when new manager took over and I have to say it is 10 times better because of the new manager Ryan. They still need to work more on the answering call thing but I just had to put this up because he has made a difference.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in town what’s the point of having a drive-through when you’re gonna wait 45 minutes in it they don’t even serve the cars in the order that they come through the drive-through. I was sent a text message saying my child’s prescription was ready yesterday I show up the next day at 5 o’clock in the afternoon and they told me it won’t be ready until 8 o’clock every time I come here is the same issue horrible customer service absurd wait time and just general lack of care for the customer

Was there tonight and heard a Pharmacy technician state he was not going to make a call to let someone know their prescription was ready and they received a text....here's my point of view what happens if it was a very sick person meds and their care taker was busy taking care of them and didn't hear the text I'm sorry I think it's a little messed up

Reallly upset with service. The pharmacy only have incompetent people. Dr send prescription before 12 we came to pick it up at 12:10 they said is not ready need to wait 30 minutes came at 1:40 they were out for lunch waited all this time . And they said medication still not ready Jonathan laughed like if it was a joke for us to be waiting for more than 2 hours and still medication is not ready.

The Pharmacy department is the worst in palm beach county. They are rude unhelpful and don't care about the patients. Will not even check to see if your medication can be fill at another location was told they can't call to see if other location had my medication needed for after surgery. I took my prescription to Walgreens and they are always helpful. Never will I go to CVS this location needs new management and new Pharmacy staff.

Hospital sent my scripts straight to them. I went to pick them up. They tell me they won’t be ready until the next day. So I waited until 5pm the next day and went back because I called and can’t even get them to answer. As I walked in the phone was ringing they were ignoring the phone and the line of people while talking and eating Dunkin’ Donuts. I finally get someone to come to the counter only for them to telll me they still aren’t ready after 2 days of waiting. I have pneumonia. I need my meds and they acted like they didn’t care at all. They are so unprofessional, uncaring, and rude! Don’t even go there. You will go days without meds and stay sick. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

Worst location in Palm Beaxh. tori in the back is terrible, rude, and unhelpful. The pharmacy staff as a whole stands around and does nothing. They have had a simple script for over 3 hours and are saying it’s going to be hours more and I could just wait. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Who ever runs this store should be embarrassed, the store was dirty, shelf’s a mess, and they truly forgot they are dealing with people in pain coming there for medication. Just close the store.

Recently I had an unfortunate misunderstanding with the pharmacy and pharmacist Michael Mangino. I'm sorry for being rude and using profanity when I called on Easter Sunday near closing time and he confirmed I picked up 4 prescriptions on 3/28, which I knew was incorrect. He said he was closing and could not discuss I was fuming. My doctor sent a component of this prescription to the wrong pharmacy, so I had to drive 45 minutes from my house to pick up, I inquired about the other 4 prescription which accompanied what I just picked up. It's Easter, I had plans after church, dinner etc, this was inconvenient, so I was already frustrated and they said I picked up everything on 3/28....I knew this was not true. I called my pharmacy after leaving the other pharmacy just to make sure. Mike picks up and I flipped out, Here is the bottom line. Lindsay went out of her way to help me save money and get what I needed. On 3/28 when I p/u my script, I arrived at 5:50, the place was packed. Lindsay said its too late I can't change it now, I wanted to use a discount card. I accepted that paid the regular price for one and had planned to come back in two weeks and pick up the rest using the discount card. Lindsay, refunded me what I paid, re ran it using the discount card and I left not knowing this. So when I came in Monday 4/6 we got it straight, I'm sorry. I had no intention of picking up anything on 4/6. I wanted to find out where the error occurred. I left with my prescription and saved money and felt like a big jerk.. This all could have been avoided with better communication on all our parts. I also have to give them more time This is the busiest pharmacy in the area. I hope there are no hard feelings....They really do a good job! They are super busy and understaffed. Corporate help this team out. They are always working their butts off....it's a thankless job!!
