"Hours updated by business 4 days ago". Meanwhile I waste my time to drive here and find a note on the door stating hours have temporarily changed and it's closed on Saturdays. Get it together, it's 2022, have your online hours reflect the actual hours

This is the worst Bank of America. They NEVER have the drive thru window open although it says there is a Drive Thru. Every person in this back is extremely rude and unprofessional

Don't advertise drive-through service if you don't have a representative taking care of customers I've been with this bank since It was called Barnett bank I think it's time to leave no drive-through services and don't tell us what we should do and shouldn't do you need a representative working in the drive-through windows. Months later still no drive up service terrible bank They just don't care about disabled people Disable people like to drive up to the bank and take care of business let's wake up This bank will waste your time inside outside they just don't care very inconsiderate

Walked up and was greeted by relative friendly security and was instructed to come and sit down. Two employees walked by without acknowledging me and I waited for 10 minutes. Another customer comes in and asks if they’re busy , I said it appears not to be but good luck getting help because I’ve been waiting for a bit. To which point the gentleman sitting down over heard me and come over and simply asked who was here first. No hello, no sorry I was busy, nothing. I told him I wanted to open a checking account. He said I need an appointment. So I simply stated I’ll take my business elsewhere.
