Very friendly; quick and efficient. I appreciate the pleasantness of the teller as well as her quick and efficient handling of my financial situation. I was one of only a handful of customers in the bank at the time since it was not quite 4p then on Friday afternoon. It became a little busier as soon as 4:05p rolled around and people were lining up behind me to cash their checks for the weekend. All-in-all, a very nice visit to a very nice bank. Thank you, Wells Fargo of Palm Springs!

Worst customer service EVER! My teller was Sandra and she was being helped by someone who evidently was NO HELP. These ladies were COMPLETELY discriminatory towards people with disabilities and made transactions without any thorough directions of what needed to be done. Will definitely be taking this to corporate as better policies in coordination with ADA laws should be set in place for people with disabilities—-UNACCEPTABLE VERY DISAPPOINTING!

So went to this location today. Didn't pay any attention to the little cones which had something written to small to see. Lady says u just cut in front of the single line. I said u have 3 teller lanes but only one line? Said u can use the ATM that would be great except u have a cash limit and there were probably 6-7 ppl standing a line ( some much for social distancing) . I'm handicap and can't stand that long. Plus I am over 60 and in cancer remission,so they were to close together anyway.

Came in to open my daughter first bank account as I have with my other children. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years. This is my first horrible experience ever. bank worker Diana L. Fernandez made the experience so horrible for my daughter and I. She needs to learn keep her opinion of family to her self , I’m here to support my daughter for her first bank experience and showing her as a parent , how to handle things on her own “”this women tells my daughter talk you are 18 now”” But as her mother my daughter is timid and shy .. this experience should’ve went better for My daughter. She walked out not understand anything this lady said to her. Thank you very much.. 😡

The worse Wells Fargo location I have ever been too, only have one drive up atm and it is either broken, out of money or wont except deposits, 4 out of every 5 trips I make there . If it wasn't 2 mins from my house I'd never go there.

the manager at this bank say's he just sits here and gets paid. you wait for ever to talk to somebody. then they all act like they are better then you. place really is a bad place to do business. they just dont care

I simply needed a paper notarized. I looked at bankers just sitting in cubicles while I waited, the receptionist lady told me allbankers were busy but the store manager was in a cubiclee by himself. Im still sitting here over 30 minutes waiting on a Friday how is there only one active banker honestly tired of Wells Fargo poor customer service and might go elsewhere.
