had the worst pharmacy tech today. constantly goes into the back and comes back/ disappers again. Waste of half an hour.

Website says the Pharmacy is open until 9PM. At the store at 6:25PM. Pharmacy is closed and locked up.

Terrible customer service. I stood in a long line to get a medicine that I knew for sure was locked in the shelf and needed the key. The lady said, “No it’s not locked.” So I got out of line and went to check and what do you know, it's locked. I had to stand back in line and wait again. When I reached the front, another lady said, “I don’t have the key, you need to go up to customer service.” How does the pharmacy not have the key to the medicine shelf which is literally in the pharmacy aisle? Nevertheless, I walked to customer service to get the key...they said they don't have it. I go back to the pharmacy, wait again, and this time she then asked somebody in the back and the key was there the whole time. She didn’t even bother to look or ask. She just assumed and told me to go. They’re so lazy..don’t care about customers. If you value your time, don’t go here.

I truly love this pharmacy the pharmacist Quan is great and all the pharmacist are great never have issues the only thing is that the cashier's sometimes are unfriendly only the new ones

Quan is awesome. He's very helpful. There is at least one person there who gossips to other people about your medication and whether or not she thinks you are taking it correctly instead of maintaining confidentiality. The staff is usually helpful even when there is a long line.

Normally pretty good. I took a star off because they failed to fill a critical script due to an allergic reaction I had because they didn't understand everything the doctor wrote. Instead of saying something I only found out the mistake when I got home and had to call them to figure out what even happened.

Unfriendly manager, this person doesn’t how to treat costumers. He’s only nice with Korean people. What happened with the previous manager. She’s a wonderful lady and she cares about every customer regardless of their creed, race or gender. Please Walmart do something about this person in the pharmacy department.

Picked up a prescription for my niece. First time at this location. The staff was wonderful, super helpful and friendly! Quanda helped me get a discount, Matthew was helpful and friendly checking me out, and the pharmacist (Unfortunately didn't get his name, the black male) carefully explained how to take the medication. I would definitely go to this location in the future.

The system went down due to a thunderstorm 5mins after I got a text that my prescription was ready. After "trying again later" still no luck. Worst of all, no one even looked very apologetic, more so annoyed that people needed to get their medicine. On top of all that, I asked another Walmart to fill my prescription and then got a call from this one saying their system was back up. When I came back in to get my stuff, I was told it was transferred out and that I would have to wait another 20mins to get my medicine. I get it, things happen, but having worked in customer service since I was 16, the staff needs some training on how to make customer feel like they atleast care about the inconvenience that the system going down caused.
