Donna was being rude to a customer. Calling him an elitist and that he is the issue with the world. I understand you can have opinions but you shouldn't attack people, especially when your job revolves around customer service you shouldnt attack customers about who they are. That was the most unfriendly interaction I've seen entering a Kroger

I really like my local Kroger. Good selections across the board. I’ve had great experiences with the staff who’s very friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes there might be some products shortages but that’s caused by worker shortages and e-commerce challenges. Good job Kroger Sugarloaf, keep up the good work.

Not a huge fan of this Kroger, I think they’re understaffed so it’s pretty hit or miss with different things you may need because they may not be restocked. I’ve also bought a couple products that were expired and moldy. Customer service is good maybe 50% of the time. My last visit there were a couple teenage employees chasing each other around the store, no checkout lines were open and there was a long line for self-checkout. An employee came over and said we could check out at a register because we had a large cart, but then told us not to let anyone behind us, which I understand but found awkward. I don’t think I will continue visiting this location.

I love this Kroger the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I shop here 2 - 3 times a week. Always has what I’m looking for in stock, except one thing. They seem to not carry the non-stick aluminum foil here which makes me sad, because I have to travel to other places just for this item.

They make a strong looking attendant stand at the door to block people from entering the store even though it is not yet closing time. I went there on July 4th to pick up some medicine for my son after he was getting extremely sick in the process of recovering from Covid. They were supposed to close at 11 pm and I got there at 10:57. The person standing outside said that he was told to NOT LET ANYONE in. I asked if I could just get one thing and he went inside and checked said no. I explained the situation I was confused because I see people still shopping inside. I even showed him the picture of the medicine I can just give him my card and he could get it for me I thought. He still said no. I told the attendant that I arrived before 11:00. He said that now it is 11:00 and I could not go in. Well as soon as I pulled in to the parking lot he shook his head I approached the entrance and he blocked me from going in. I would have went somewhere else but no other store was open due to July 4th hours. And I did not force my way in because I was afraid the attendant might harm me. The attendant was a young men probably a high schooler he probably was just taking instruction from someone else. He blocked me from going into the store. Most unprofessional and not compassionate given the situation. I wasn’t getting a candy I was getting one medicine for my son. Extremely poor store policy to block people from entering the store during the store hour just because they want to go home a few minutes early. It would have made no difference for them to let me pick up one item which was desperately needed.

Coming here is a bit hit or miss depending on what you need. Need some fresh veggies for something you’re cooking? Great! They usually have a pretty well stocked vegetable section. Need something extremely specific like grapefruit scented cleaning product? Not so great. These things depend entirely on what’s going on outside the store, during the last two years I’ve watched the shelves fluctuate in terms of contents. Some months the cleaning aisle is completely bare, other times it’s brimming with goodies. That’s not necessarily the store’s fault but they really should be better at rationing. Overall the store itself is alright, I know the pharmacy is usually really busy but I don’t need it personally. The building is pretty clean for the most part, you walk in and you immediately know it’s a Kroger’s. It does suck that their customer service seems to have taken a hit and is only open on the weekdays, but I think we’ll be alright as a society. I’d give the place an 8/10, I can enjoy shopping here but they could use some improvements like new carts.

The Gas Attendant lady this morning at 9:45am 2/5/2022 is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me, she's not cooperative, she does not greet customers. She is the 1st unprofessional Gas Attendant I have ever seen at that location or any location. I reported this to Mark the Store Manager who was very Nice and Professional and he stated he would handle the situation immediately. I actually was having a good Morning until I met her. Thank you Mark for all your help. Have a Prosperous 2022!

I am officially done with Kroger. Not only are they always out of a lot of things(some of those things for months it seems) I have found tons of moldy and expired products on their shelves. Today’s problem was biting into something that had mold on it that I didn’t notice until I tasted it. It WAS in the managers special section but I’ve never had problem with things there before. I’ve tried contacting corporate but they simply DO NOT CARE. It’s sad because I was a devout Kroger shopper for decades but I’m totally done now. See my pictures for the moldy one I bit into just a minute ago. It isn’t just this location. It’s all of the locations within 10 miles of me.

Clean and a lot of variety. Food caters to white middle class clientele, with some Mexican food. Large produce and organic food sections. I prefer Kroger to Publix as a whole, but Publix doesn't have nearly the clutter and sheer volume of items packed into those lousy cardboard stands at the end and middle of aisles that I have knocked over with my cart countless times. Kroger, please do away with this practice and get rid of the clutter! It looks like hell.
