Pet Supermarket

This is a well kept place and the staff is super protective of the animals and that is something I appreciate and look for. So, please do not be offended if you ask to hold an animal and they ask you if you are seriously considering purchasing because animals have been mistreated and handled roughly by customers who are just there for fun. You want a place serious like this because if you do purchase an animal you can guarantee it would be a low chance of them getting sick or dying. They really do care. I wanted to convince my husband who lost a companion that was a bearded dragon to not replace but open his to getting another companion and I went to the bunnies and asked to hold one and Anya of the associates asked me if I was seriously considering purchasing and then I explained what I was trying to do for my husband and she completely understood and explained why she asked me what she did. My husband seemed a little skeptical of the bunny but she suggested a gecko and that really sparked his heart... well after an hour of convincing since the lost was recent. She really knew a lot about the animals like they were her own. She even wanted Comet (the gecko) for herself. Lol. The entire experience was great from start to finish. I will add a pic of Comet when we pick up him tomorrow. We already purchased and they allowed him to stay put so we can get his home ready. I normally go to the Pet Super Market in Lawrenceville near where we live but we just dropped in to get a treat for our fur baby (dog). And left with a new member of our family. This place is better than a Petco in my opinion more support from the staff. Thank you guy's! ~Nye

Petco Vaccination Clinic

When the girl came around to ask what vaccines my dog needed, I specifically told her that he needed DHPP so he could be boarded. She gave him the bordetella but not the DHPP, meaning I had to dash around to find a boarding facility at the last minute because the place I'd reserved required it. Part of it is my fault for not checking the receipt and making sure she had actually done it, but part of it is hers for not doing what I SPECIFICALLY asked for. I'll be more careful in the future because they obviously aren't going to be. At least one of the technicians was nice. ~L

Kroger

Coming here is a bit hit or miss depending on what you need. Need some fresh veggies for something you’re cooking? Great! They usually have a pretty well stocked vegetable section. Need something extremely specific like grapefruit scented cleaning product? Not so great. These things depend entirely on what’s going on outside the store, during the last two years I’ve watched the shelves fluctuate in terms of contents. Some months the cleaning aisle is completely bare, other times it’s brimming with goodies. That’s not necessarily the store’s fault but they really should be better at rationing. Overall the store itself is alright, I know the pharmacy is usually really busy but I don’t need it personally. The building is pretty clean for the most part, you walk in and you immediately know it’s a Kroger’s. It does suck that their customer service seems to have taken a hit and is only open on the weekdays, but I think we’ll be alright as a society. I’d give the place an 8/10, I can enjoy shopping here but they could use some improvements like new carts. ~Avery

Publix Super Market at Promenade at Pleasant Hill

I am a General Manger at a store. I come into this Publix about every other day. I’ve been coming here about two years now. All the employees have been nice. I wanted to highlight GABE. Gabe has been awesome. Always making great conversation, always super friendly and smiling. Gabe is definitely a great asset to the team of Publix. ~Chimese

Geeks Electronics Inc

I gave 4 stars because owner does need to communicate with the customer more. My Samsung (65in) went out over a month ago. The sound played but picture would not show due to lightning; they advised it was the motherboard. The part was on back order, which was not conveyed to me in a timely manner. However, once the part came in, it was replaced and my tv works fine. They were very courteous. I would definitely use them again. ~Natashia

Sears Appliance Repair

Terrible experience. No response received from technician or customer service for 2-weeks. Reason provided was "no parts available", however, Amazon has the same part number (same day delivery). Overly priced. Focus is more on purchasing monthly maintenance contract, not on service. Service: Dishwasher repair ~Bala
