THEYRE AMAZING!!!! I love them with all my heart <3 came to get an iPhone SE and they gave me playdoh. Who knew playdoh contains wheat. They’re super knowledgeable and honestly needs a raise. Both of them can save mankind, in them we trust <3 ~Chelyse

Um I just had to talk to customer service on the phone to explain a little bit more of what the magenta max plan was. I was extremely misinformed. A younger girl told me that the charger, protection plan and these accessories were apart of my bundle. She even said that it was free… not it was zero down today and going to be billed for the next 12 months. She even messed up with adding a phone case and couldn’t remove it without her managers code and now I’m paying for two? I told her I didn’t want to pay for anything extra and I could get it somewhere cheaper if I wanted like the screen protector or phone case. With that being said, she didn’t even make sure my SIM card was working in my new phone so when I went home it didn’t work at all. So I had to drive all the way back and tell her what the problem is. Please make sure your employees know what they are talking about. I hate questioning what is on my bill and if someone just wanted to make extra money off of me. If that was the case I would’ve said no. ~Serena

Employee was courteous and game and product is good, but as I was buying a new game today the employee put the warranty fee and insurance on my total before even asking me. I had to ask them to remove it. This is not a good way to do business and customers do not care GameStop has some quota to fill! They clearly think people or customers do not notice or care because this is a rich area, but I find this extremely unethical. The person in front of me as well was sold essentially something useless (this is for a game disc!) because they didn’t know better. ~Carson

DARIEN the assistant store manager was a complete poor customer service representative of GameStop. For a five dollar return he wanted to say he couldn’t override my debit card being present which I advised I could get a picture of to avoid having to make a drive all the way back home. When I did the online return it said nothing about having my card I used to purchase the item. It clearly said..... “You can bring in your return and the return slip to any store and one of our associates will help you” When I asked for a manager he said one will be there tomorrow. All this hassle for five dollars. I’m not even getting my shipping back. This needs to be addressed by management! We have shopped here for years and this is ridiculous Not anymore- Great location several parking lot entry ways, hand sanitizer at door, cool items like hats, socks, bags, toys, controllers, consoles and of course games and more games. ~Tameeka
