Employee was courteous and game and product is good, but as I was buying a new game today the employee put the warranty fee and insurance on my total before even asking me. I had to ask them to remove it. This is not a good way to do business and customers do not care GameStop has some quota to fill! They clearly think people or customers do not notice or care because this is a rich area, but I find this extremely unethical. The person in front of me as well was sold essentially something useless (this is for a game disc!) because they didn’t know better.

I love this gamestop!! They always have employees who are super friendly and knowledgeable! Today I had such a great experience with one of the employees named Maral! I have been trying to get a switch OLED for days with no luck. When I called earlier, she told me there was no switches in stock at this location. However, she spent the time to look up other locations that might have the Oled in stock, and even gave me the store numbers. Although I didn't have luck with finding a switch at the other locations, I actually went into the store later on to see if there was a chance there might be one still in stock. And there actually was! She was just as excited as I was that there was one in stock for me, and even offered to take a picture of me with my new switch!! She honestly made my day. Her customer service skills and kindness is greatly appreciated!! I absolutely love her and my product! Thank you so much again Maral <3
