Ordered online for pickup. Ordered a huge item. Worker needs training. Told me i could go in an obviously only employee area. Then asked me to help them move someone else’s heavy appliance. I told them no and looked for another employee to help them. Then when it came to my order, a far bigger item, they again wanted my help in the only employee area. Other than that it was great. They moved the appliance into my vehicle and all went well.

I ordered a laptop that I found on sale online. The website was quick and easy allowing me to order, pay and choose my pick up store. They emailed me when it was ready and were very polite and prompt when I entered the store for pickup. I was in and out in under five minutes. Best buy is the place to go for good prices and no hassle. It's an added plus that their staff are very friendly and helpful!!

Wackiest crew on Earth. If I could give no stars, I would. There's no such thing as customer service and they behave rudely with customers just because they want to. The "manager" said, "you can't just come to MY store and demand for such and such." All I asked him was to nicely speed up the online order that I had placed for pickup which was supposed to be done after one hour minimum. He was acting like he was flipping the store all by himself even though the store was not busy at all. Instead of getting sales or making their customers happy, they tell you to buy at other(non-BestBuy) stores in a demeaning way. We ended up cancelling our order and I do not see myself doing business with Best Buy in the future. I recommend anyone reading this to just go to Micro Center, which is a couple minutes away from this location.

Right off I 85, easy in but difficult if you're going back north to the interstate, you'll have to make a u- turn. This place is huge with many new products. Nice selection of appliances, TV's, audio equipment, computers and much more. Plenty of sales staff to assist and answer questions.

I want to give a shout-out to John the store manager who was able to immediately and efficiently correct mistakes made by corporate for appliances and their delivery. He was able to provide us with the information and supplies we needed to complete installs. Wouldn't have been able to do it without his help. Thanks.

Shout out to Bryan G for good service and not profiling! It’s sad how the short Indian/maybe middle eastern guy with glasses, he wears a yellow Sony tag, told us that he was about to get off and would get us someone else to help. We then saw him assisting a white couple and ended up spending the same amount of time with them as Bryan did with us. We were all at the checkout counter at the same time. I politely said, I thought you were off. His reply was, I was, but I decided to stay. The audacity of the blatant racism. It’s 2022, racism is still alive and real. I am not shocked though. I guess he assumed we didn’t have money or we weren’t going to spend money. Well, we did! We got the Sony tv that we came in for. Avoid him at all costs if you’re black.

I had a Kicker amp for 28 days and I thought the return policy was 30 days but I was informed that the policy was 15 days. The manager Chris and the associate didn't hesitate to still help me and honor the return. I really appreciate them letting exchange for an amp with more power. Me and my subwoofers appreciate it!

What almost ended up being a bad experience turned out to be a great experience. Best buy corporate has clowns from customer service acting like they are at a store answering phones. I asked for them to kindly put hands on a product before I drove an hour to pick them up they said no worry we got it. I get to the store and they were a little difficult to find about 30 mins hard to find which I can understand. But the team there gave a great effort and eventually found the products I asked for some names I remembered junior, Austin? And Jamal. Thank you all very much and also for having product on the shelves and in the store. I really appreciate the extra effort and great customer service your teamwork accomplished. Thank you.

Very helpful staff! They were the closest place that had the Surface Pro that I wanted so I drove 40 minutes to get it. The staff was surprisingly knowledgeable about peripherals. Kind of reminded me of the old Circuit City stores…back when they paid commission and sales staff had an incentive to know something about what they were selling. Hard to find that these days. They didn’t know everything but definitely a big step up from the mediocre staff at our local Best Buy.

The TV I had previously purchased broke and it was still under warranty. The Geek Squad gave me a store credit for what I originally paid no questions asks. I ordered a new TV off their website and not only did it arrive 2 days early, the employees at Best Buy text me a parking lot number to park my vehicle in and they came right out and loaded into my vehicle. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and their products are top notch across the board.
