They are alright, nice folks but your going to pay too price. Was having power issues with my Xbox and thought it was the internal battery box but was just the cord. They could have simply plugged it when I got there to see it a new cord was all it needed but instead kept it for a week and charged me 50 bucks which is their standard fee. Again, they are nice and are professional with a nice shop but you will pay extra for it.

Hands down the best computer repair shop in the state of Georgia. After trying the shop out one time, I’ll be a customer there forever. Not only do they have extremely trained technicians (Deshaun being the one who helped me out), but they have extremely friendly (and very patient) staff. They diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes, and even went as far as to giving me phone support when I got home and was still lost! Even after all the help I received, I still paid a fraction of what I would have paid at any other repair shop. If you go anywhere else, you’ll pay way too much. Give this place a try and I can promise you won’t regret it. Like I said, after going once, you’ll be a customer there for life.

They do a lot to support local businesses and organizations including fellow computer shops, and every time we needed something, they either had it or made sure to take care of us in a way that let us know they cared about our experience and helping serve our technical needs!

This store buys everything from Microcenter and marks it up. Save your money and drive 20 minutes to get a better price & service. Store also looks like a buy here pay here dealership, so many trashy signs on store front.

I had a failed power supply which took nearly 3 weeks to fix as my windows installation failed and neeeded to be reinstalled. I arrive to pick it up and they are charging me nearly x3 what initially quoted at from $120 to $530 something. I thought this was odd because when they originally diagnosed the problem they called me and said it was policy to discuss what problem and to collect half of the bill as deposit before they started. Henceforth, I was surprised as they did not mention any further costs. I migh'tve expected the bill to rise to maybe $200 since they had to spend another hour backing up a folder, then wiping my hard drive, and reinstalling windows. But not +$500 without consulting me? So I ask to see an itemized document, it has many puzzling additions. They charged me for a 1TB SSD for $150. I quickly asked why they charged me for a new SSD, double the capacity of the one they just needed to wipe. They said it was all they had on hand and my hard drive was not working after wiping it so they had no other alternatives? I argue that they should have called me to ask my options, maybe I would have wanted to wait for the same part to be ordered to save money? But then I opened my desktop and find my original hard drive was there after all. I almost paid $150 for the same hard drive I had. They rang me up for $100 for a Windows 10 installation, even though I already owned Windows 10. They falsely claimed that they were required to replace it as it was corrupted/no longer working. I refuted this, as Windows ownership is tied to the motherboard and I've replaced half of the parts and reinstalled it before no problem. They then quickly changed their stance to that it was company policy that they install new Windows os on repairs like mine. So its company policy to waste $100 of the customer's time each time? This makes me feel like if I paid what they invoiced me without checking, would they have even refunded me the $150 for the SSD? They also charged me $50 to back up some files. Which in and out of itself isn't bad, but when you ask me over the phone if I'd like something optional, it's common decency to inform me that something will cost extra. Mechanics, don't say hey I can top off your Fluids and tire pressure if you would like after this brake job and then charge me $25 for it without them mentioning so.

***** RECOMENDED***** YES ***** 5 STARS ***** WELL DESERVED***** I was told to go to Computer Plus in Kennesaw If I want to buy or fix my computer. I went to buy laptop there and ended up buying a MacBook Pro at Computer Plus and This was my best experience ever. First all all, Very competitive pricing,( They saved me over $280 comparing to other competitors).. everybody was friendly and professional. Since I am not Mac user, they walked me step by step how to use it..Woow, I Appreciated their effort in explaining every little difference Mac vs Windows. I called them back with a few questions I had and guess what, on the phone step by step, they walked me though how to do it.. and simplify the process.. Im not a big fan of leaving reviews but this experience I want everyone to see.. ..Love Macs, Love Computer Plus.. Thanks Computer Plus + again for your patient, support and you got me and my whole family .. Happy Customer..
