The last few times we've been through there my daughter got a medium dipped ice cream cone and it looked like big dookie and it was all cracked up. The employees need to learn how to give us that dairy Queen swirl

Food was burnt. Fries had enough salt to preserve the next several batches of fries. All restrooms were not working. Wish the summer crew could be there. They are respectful and good at their job.

The service was excellent at 2 different locations. The person wrote on a birthday cake for me at no extra charge. It was perfect and done in a timely manner. Unfortunately the MLK location has permanently closed. I went to the Farmington store instead and that's where she wrote on the cake. I appreciated that very much.

Second and last time I'll be eating there. Will say the guy working the drive thru was very very nice, BUT the food wasn't! The hamburger patties were hard and old along with the hard buns. I thought they got them from the middle school seeing that school is out due to the weather. The chicken strips had more fat and breading than anything else and they were cold after waiting a bit longer for them "Sir please pull forward to the sign were making fresh straps for you." That was a lie. They made the ice cream before I pulled up to pay so needless to say they were shakes by the time I got home. Never again!

I just stopped today to get some lunch. I ordered the number 7 which I believe is 7$ and some change and a 4 pc chicken tender meal that was 6.49$ this is what the menu said in the drive thru. I get to window and get my receipt. My number 7 I was charged 9$ for and my chicken tenders were almost 9$ as well. I asked to speak to the manager and a lady came up to the window. I explained to her that what I was charged for and what the menu price said are two different things. All she did was shake her head and say "sorry our prices have changed". I told her I should be charged for what the menu price says and she just said "sorry". Definitely not happy and I will not be going back.

I'm actually amazed at their malt making abilities. I'm happy they opened up before the usually chain restaurant hours and had been open since 8 am. I don't know what it is about the different service I receive from when males are in charge compared to women, but I'll take the women every time. Occasionally I have trouble with my orders when women are in charge but not all the time. I'm greeted swiftly and made sure my odder is correct prior to exiting the restaurant and this location isn't any different. I'm not sure on the ownership but kudos to your & hiring of the crew I had the pleasure of encountered this morning They are an A-1 top notch crew!!

I forgot my card at the drive thru one evening after 7 p.m. I didn't know until the next morning. I called several time's never got an answer. I drove over at opening only to find out they destroy all card's at closing time. This is during the huge shut down and was almost impossible to get a replacement card. The cake pictured below is the birthday cake I couldn't get here in Fayetteville because this store doesn't carry cakes and the one on crossover doesn't have anyone who can write a message on a cake or so I'm told.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the $6 1/3 lb double cheeseburger meals and 1 $6 chicken strip meal. The meals come with a drink and a sundae. I was really surprised that we were given the sundaes first and then waited several minutes for the rest of our order. It was 90° outside and even with the air on full blast they started melting. My daughter had to remind the cashier to give her debit card back. We get home and discover our doubles were singles. The order of fries was skimpy. But...everything tasted good. The sundaes firmed back up after a little time in the freezer. I was only going to give 1 star but when I called I spoke with Stacy who apologized and made it right. So 3 stars. Everyone makes mistakes and we will come back.
