Today I ordered 2 chicken slingers and was in a huge rush to get to an appointment. The food arrived timely but my buns was so burned on the underside that I could not eat most of the bread. I had to just eat the chicken. One was so black, crisp, and hard that is surprising the cook did not see these were burned! I did let a carhop know and gave buns back to him but had to hurry on to my appointment! This place is usually really great. Hopefully it was just a one time thing and especially if the carhop showed the cook!

3 trips in 2 weeks, bought 4 burgers and all of them were made of charcoal. One literally had no meat on it, it was solid char.

Asked for the sour patch slush, paid, then they tell me ice cream machine is broke. Had to ask for receipt, and heads up if your ordering the French toast with syrup, bring your own napkins because they don’t value their customers enough to include them. Burger was fire tho

Waited 14 minutes for a water and a cherry limeade. Watched cars that got there after us get carriers of 4x+ drinks. No reason it should take this long.

We went there to get a treat (e.g., drinks, milkshakes, and the like) after picking up kids from sports practice. Of course, they are ravenous and want food. The treats were delicious, and the small sizes are great for a taste instead of a craving to be full. It is really nice to be able to order from the app, get the discount, and pay. The food was consumed quickly, which meant it was either good or they were really hungry, or more likely both.

I ordered an oreo cheesecake master shake and it was so good! I think the customer service was bit off, but I would understand if they were backed up. But overall, I'd recommend and eat at this place again sometime!

My orders are generally pretty simple, but despite coming here fairly regularly I've never had a problem with my order being messed up (which is honestly surprising!) Food quality isn't the best, but it's acceptable, and given that this is a sonic that's the best I can ask for. I always use the stalls and I've never had an issue with the staff. All in all, pretty good for a sonic I'd say.

Was over charged for 2 blts, 2 small tots & 2 med. Cokes. So After looking at my reciept was also charged for extra bacon, DIDNT ASK FOR EXTRA BACON! When the cashier read my order back too me she didnt mention extra bacon being on my ticket. In the picture you can see how burnt the bacon is not even able to chew it! 2 blts that are unedible that i was over charged for Im not satisfied at all with the quality of my order or the customer service that was representened with us at this time thats why I give 1 star!

Attitude of drive through staff was very poor. Once they got my credit card they closed the window with no see through. When I knocked and ask to see them handle my credit card I was told they are having problems. Staff said they had to take card to other machine and asked me rudely if I wanted to come in and watch them. I said no just go ahead and run it. She closed window forcefully and closed window. When I got the order I noticed they gave me french fries instead of onion rings. She asked me what was on receipt I received with food and of course it was french fries .. she made no offer to fix it. Then she had the gall to ask me if I wanted the credit card receipt .. she had to go get it! I understand lunch time rush and feeling of being insulted over being accused of not handling the credit card at the beginning ... but hey I am the customer and I did not raise my voice or make direct accusations. Wish they had not closed the Bentonville Sonic on Walton Blvd.

Don’t order a crispy chicken wrap. You’ll get a popcorn wrap. Also the lady taking the order was rude didn’t let me finish. Hung up on me. So I hit the button to finish. Also she couldn’t count change back. Had to use her phone. It’s really said cause the change is on the bottom of the receipt. I worked at a sonic in Joplin oh hell no could we treat people like this. My mozzarella sticks are cold. It’s like they are to lazy to cook fresh food. Would not recommend this place
