This is a great place to buy a car. These guys & gals really care about the buyer / customer experience. I struggled for a few months & went through a couple of trucks that just wasnt what they were portrayed to be. Everyone at Car-mart of Centerton arkansas stepped up went & worked very hard also worked extremely late for me( 8:30pm) on getting me the truck of my dreams. Highly recommend this Car Mart over any other in the state. I put a down payment on a used car several months ago and have had no problems with it. Kara is one of the account representatives and has been super amazing. She communicates well and is genuinely kind. I would definitely buy another car from this location again in a few years!

I highly recommend the Centerton Car-Mart. Rod and Joe are great! We bought an older vehicle and ran into some minor maintenance issues and they went above and beyond to get everything perfect for us. The best customer service I have ever received. The office staff is amazing too! Definitely a great experience for my family and me.

I haven’t had the best experiences in the past with Car Marts. Some locations don’t provide good service, but this one is NOT the same. Kara was super nice and helpful and makes the experience very worthwhile. There is a good selection of vehicles, and the car I ended up purchasing has been good to me and my family. 11/10 would recommend this location if you’re anywhere in NWA.

I called Car-Mart of Centerton asking for help. My car wasn't running and I wasn't really sure what direction I was heading in as far as car type. They sent someone to pick me up, and from the time I was in their care, my problems went from impossible to fixed. I felt like friends had arrived. We talked about my options, discussed pricing, and then they asked me how much did I want my payment to be. I drive off the lot in a bright yellow convertible, and the payments are in the amount that I asked for. I would not hesitate to send my family or my friends to this dealership. They listen, they care, and they do everything they can to make it happen for their customers. Great group of people doing business the way it should be done!! Thank you so much Car-Mart!!
