Dustin listened to what I needed and the price range I was looking to be in. I told him I was busy if he would work with me around the busy schedule. He essentially made the deal over txt and I can in and picked up the car. I was in the dealership under an hour and a half. Awesome experience. Will purchase form Dustin and Campbell again.

This is by far the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I was in a car accident needed another vehicle. I came to Campbell’s purchased a Chevy equinox truck December 31,2020. After I signed all my paperwork to purchase it and drive home I waited 3 hours later just for him to tell me, I’m sorry the vehicle hasn’t been inspected yet and will need to send you home in temporary car until it’s inspected. I was upset because this should have been disclosed prior to me purchasing it. 3 or 4 days later I get the truck everything was fine for about a month then it started having electrical problems & I have had problems with truck every since. It’s currently NOT WORKING I have sent it to the shop twice ITS STILL NOT RUNNING THEY SOLD ME A LEMON I called and talk to several people they wanted me to put another down payment to trade it. The men I spoke with was VEERY VERY RUDE. I WOULD Not recommend this dealership to anyone. $17,000 on a vehicle that’s not working and I’m still paying for it. I STILL HAVNT MISSED A PAYMENT The LEAST they could have done was put me into another vehicle that’s reliable.

My experience with Torin was excellent! While researching RAM heavy duty trucks and working with the website planning to order one, a lot of questions came up. There were many calls and texts with these. Torin was very patient and professional making sure that he answered them thoroughly to my satisfaction. He arranged two separate test drives to help me make my choice. His advice and input were great. I could not be happier with my new RAM 3500 diesel truck. When I walked into the Campbell showroom, I met Torin by chance. In the future he will be my choice.

The last time I got my oil changed there they barely put oil filter back own. Didn't tighten it down at all. I could turn it with 2 fingers that's how loose it was. I'm sorry I usually try to be a positive person and see the good in people. I wouldnt trust the service dept to put air in my tires. The sales dept.. excellent

Sales - amazing. Ariel that did the paperwork was fast and welcoming. Robert (I think that was his name??) brought a preowned car all the way to Cabot for us to test drive. They only get 3 stars for service. The guy I rode with to show him the issue- he held out his hand after Tony introduced him so I shook his hand and introduced myself. This guy said "I was actually just reaching for your keys." Like...wow just shake my hand like a normal person. I cant remember his name but it was just rude. I won't be back.

My wife purchased a brand new 2022 Jeep Compass and within 3 weeks she had multiple issues including push start button disabled, vehicle stopping in traffic, front collision light coming on randomly, blow out on the highway among other things. She took it back 2 times with no resolution and the the third time was within 3 weeks of purchase where she requested a loaner and then to keep the vehicle until they could find out the issue. Fast forward almost 3 months and 2 loaners later still no resolution. The only option provided was to trade it back to them and purchase another vehicle, unacceptable. She was told the vehicle was driven by multiple techs and they couldn't duplicate the issues only for us to find out that Campbell had only driven the vehicle a total of 5 miles in 2.5 months before determining there wasn't an issue. They forced my wife to drive an unsafe vehicle because they didn't do their due diligence in finding the issues and correcting them or making some satisfactory resolutions other then them selling her another car so they could make another commission. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a goat less long a vehicle from this dealership.

We traded in our van towards a 2019 Dodge Challenger that they had. Its purple, wife wanted purple. I think they could have given us more on our trade in. KBB booked it at $8300, NADA $7800. But they wouldnt budge over $5000. But after driving 6 hours, i was too tired to argue. We still got it at a good price.

Lemons and liars!! If you like lemons and being lied to then this is the place for you!! In response to message below, the salesman that sold us the truck told us we would be better off taking it to Fletcher! That was for transmission lines.Yall knew the Cp4 was junk when it was sold to us. CP4 pump went out between l.rock and conway, called Cambell for help and was told to call Ram customer service because Cambell couldn't do anything. Ram sent 2 crackheads in a 1979 LTD with a jug of diesel! Set on the side of the road for 7 hours waiting for a tow truck that carried the Lemon to Fletcher because they said it was closer. Cambell was supposed to fix DPF and not even a week later it was clogged again. Called Cambell service dept. and was told it was just gonna keep doing it and there was nothing else they could do! Recalls-wheels fall off, windshield wiper falls off, gas pedal gets caught under floor matt, step on bumper folds when you step on it, and the list goes on! DO NOT BUY RAM! Look up class action lawsuits against RAM. CAMBELL AND RAM KNEW ABOUT THE CP4 INJECTOR PUMP!!

I have purchased two new Rams from them in the past few years. First was a 2020 limited and the second was a 2021 limited. The first one was in an accident and they repaired it. They gave me such a good deal to trade it, I did for the new year model. Excellent customer service and the best sales experience I've ever had. Quick and no screwing with numbers. Gave me a good price both times, and we moved through the process in record speed. They always send me reminders and coupons to get my oil changed. Pretty fast and I trust they will take care of my truck. Highly recommend them.
