Shell gasoline is all I run in the Durango for 26 years now over 300,000 miles in my ever so dependable 1998 I actually bought it November 1997 been rolling and gonna keep rolling the Shell station by my house has a Micky D's gotta have a hot fudge sundae with chocolate on the bottom and strawberry on the top, don't forget the nuts 😋

Would give it a zero because it’s supposed to be a 24 hour shell but the third shift worker always close it down at 12 o’clock every night for no reason and she just be sitting there doing nothing just ignoring people at the window.

I simply called today 11/28/21 to ask what thier diesel price was and a woman answered and said she didn't no the price then a man got on the phone and I said I'm wanting to know your diesel price because I'm going to get 70 gallons of fuel, both of them told me they didn't know and I asked if they could look at the sign but they said no and hung up on me!! WOW! I couldn't believe how rude they were especially to a customer wanting to buy that much diesel fuel. I'm a truck driver and I use Gas Buddy app and sometimes the prices go up so I try to call and verify 1st and have never been treated this way. I don't pull a trailer I just bobtail so I can get my diesel at local gas stations because truck stops are so much higher, but thier diesel price is listed on Gas Buddy at $3.35 a gallon and that was the cheapest I found so naturally I wanted to just simply call and verify that was the price still, not expecting the rude customer service I received!

I would give a 0 start review if I could. I stood in line, forgot my mask, there were at least 5-6 other people in the store without masks, on and the man talk my order in McDonald’s said I had to have a mask on to be in the building. Refused to take my order. So I walked out to my car and found one, lost my spot in line, and then stood waiting for another 15- 20 minutes watching while most of the employees were running around behind the counter with their masks pulled down to their chin. 🤷🏻♀️

Good place to stop for gas. Points off gas if you use your Kroger plus card. They also have their own shell rewards card. Lots of pumps and friendly staff.

This location had very horrible customer service. I awhile back when I first got my car I filled up my tank (like over $40 with my parents shell card) and locked my keys in the car I told the lady my situation and she basically a couldn't use the store phone or her cell phone, I even said can she call my parents and let them know what happened she said no and also threatened to call the police because I was taking up a pump (lady I locked my keys in the my parents will be here asap if you let me use the phone) well a customer ended up letting me use their phone and I never went back here its been at least two years, I go to the one on Winton they have different ownweship.
