I come here often and Dec 1, 14:53, for the 2nd time I have had the same young girl that was rude taking my order, then didn't apologize for having my order wrong so I paid more TWICE in one week. No manners or experience at the window.

When working for a food restaurant and finding a hair in my sandwich is absolutely disgusting. Then when called to let them know they said I need to follow up to no management. It’s nasty that people let people work with hair down that closely to food. If i was anyone I would not go to the location in Plano next to chipotle.

No matter how good or bad my day is I will Always have a true love for Potbelly!! I love the Italian (ask for hot peppers) and I now love the meatball marinara 🤤😋, ask for extra marinara on the side and thank me later.

Food was good, potbelly uses quality ingredients, however the service at the drive thru is lacking quality at this location.

What a great accidental find! I had the Italian sandwich and it was delicious. Employees were helpful and friendly. As you can see, it's kinda cool to look at. Seating inside and out.

1st time eating here. I got roasted chicken sandwich and it was very moist. The bread was so soft. I hate sandwich shops if the bread is so tough my teeth can't cut through it. The service was great. The guy making my sandwich did so perfectly. I asked for a small amount of mayo and he actually did this. Other sandwich shops have not been so accommodating for me in this area. They are my favorite sandwich shop. I just wish there was one closer to me.

First time to try this place. Food was tasty, tables dirty. No one ever walked around to clean off tables, giving it a “park with dirty picnic tables” vibe. Apparently, all sandwiches are toasted (?) we didn’t realize that and weren’t asked…counters are tall so you can’t tell they are being toasted. I was fine with that, others in party were not happy. Spent $11-$15 per person.

I'm not much on toasted sandwiches but this place is close to my new job. I had the Italian sandwich and I must say, it was outstanding. The service wasn't great but I don't expect great service from a sandwich shop. This place will be in my weekly rotation of lunch favs.
