Terrible experience. Came in with my work vehicle and a fleet credit card. I was told it would be an hour and a half to fix 1 tire. I left and came back, they up charged 2 new tires and an air filter. I’m still here and it’s 1:00pm. I dropped off van at 10:30. Will never return. Do not trust them with your fleet vehicles and especially with the fleet account. They will take full advantage and waste your day.

They're now refusing to honor my lifetime alignment after I made adjustments to my aftermarket suspension. It wasn't an issue the other 2 times I brought it in.

I went to this shop after calling the office. They told me their hours of operation is up to 7 pm. I reached there by 5.15 pm to check the emergency brake of my car. They didn't even look at my car and told me to come on another day without showing any interest. The guys at the front desk are very lazy than I have ever seen. They will always say we don't have technicians for doing this and doing that. I had a similar experience before when I went there for checking my car's A/c. I will never recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I came in to get an oil change and inspection, they did the inspection and did HALF, of an oil change IF EVEN THAT. I just changed my oil myself, (they did semi synthetic) literally put 1k miles on the oil and it was BLACK. They charged me full price of a semi synthetic oil change!!! This place is horrible!! EDIT: I contacted the store and they told me that I Was wrong! That "semi synthetic oil turns black in vehicles that have higher milage". My mechanic and I both saw the black oil and agreed that at least 6k miles had been put on the oil (proving that the oil hadn't been changed). Called corporate and they 'escalated it to the area manager' what a waste of time and money.

Did my state sticker inspection quickly and efficiently. Went to pick up my car the next day with the spare key & we couldn't find the original set of keys. After 1/2 an hour search, we found them. The tech who'd worked on my car was in school, so they couldn't just ask him. I wish they'd communicated where the keys were before I'd gotten there. Originally, they'd told me that it would be several hours, so I left. Then found someone who could come pick me up, so just left it there. Surprised they didn't offer that as a solution. (They called me an hour later and it was done.) Other than that, was pleasant.

So smooooth!! My car drives like a dream again. 2 new tires and alignment while I waited on a Saturday!! walk in appointment and in hours i'm ready to drive to florida for work. Friday, Costco couldn't rotate my tires because my tires were bad due to my alignment being was off. They don't have my tire size, so off to find a reputable tire shop. Shopped around online last night and found firestone was my best shot. I went to another location but they were understaffed, and I tried one new/used tire shop. GM Jommel at this location made me a believer in Firestone. Lifetime alignment at any firestone (since I could be anywhere in the country) and he was able to get tires from another location and installed in just a few hours. And he was able to work with me on the price. And he able to check out a noise while going over bumps, didnt try to charge for replacing ball joints etc that weren't bad, but sprayed lithium grease (that I ran over to AutoZone and bought) in my suspension. Glad I was able to leave there in a few hours without breaking the bank. Now I'm on my way to drive across the country in peace... Services: Steering & suspension repair, Tires

I called on Saturday and they were booked both Saturday and Sunday so i made an appointment for Monday. Fortunately i was in and out for an oil change. Jommell is great and i was treated like royalty. Their prices dont compete with the dealer but overall I m satisfied with the service.

Took my car ('16 Q50) in yesterday because I suspected I needed brakes and maybe rotors. Jommel gave me a call a little bit later informing me that everything was fine, didn't need any rotor work and that the brakes look almost new with another estimated 20k miles to go. I then opted for the alignment service and the car runs even smoother/straighter now. Thanks Jommel and Firestone for not attempting to upsell and also having the integrity to be honest about work not needed.

Don't use this place unless you want to double check all their work. My husband took it in for a standard Rotation and Alignment service and asked them to take a look at my fluids. Everything seemed fine until two days later when my engine light comes on. Pop the hood to find they hadn't even bothered to replace my engine oil cap, so hot oil had been splashing everywhere under my hood. I called and received pushback about getting a new engine oil cap(because a $6 oil cap is really going to affect the bottom line). My husband picked it up and was told by the service manager to bring in the car the next day and they would check my fluids and make sure nothing had been damaged. Thinking this was going to get resolved nicely, took it in the next morning for them to say that the light coming on had nothing to do with them and blame the engine cap being missing back on us. We decided against the curtesy check since they clearly weren't willing to take any responsibility for their simple but dangerous mistake. All I wanted was for them to care that their mistake hadn't caused damage. Apparently that's just too much.

They really did an awesome job for my car. We spend time only 30 minutes to do visual inspeaction here. The service is exceptional. Really recommend this shop to everyone in my family.
