I would give it zero stars. This location is incompetent and unprofessional!!! I went to the drive thru yesterday, and I needed a prescription for an ear infection (urgent care already sent it in). The lady at this CVS told me I had to I had to come back the next day (which is today). She just didn’t want to fill it and do her job. That’s problem number 1. I went back to CVS first thing this morning and they tell me they see my insurance info but the birth date is incorrect, so they can’t give me the medicine. That’s problem number 2. I went inside b/c at this point, I’m irritated. They acted like they didn’t see me and didn’t want to acknowledge my presence. Finally the lady comes to speak to me, but just re-iterates the same info. Problem #3. I ended up going to another CVS and literally had no issues. They were able to quickly pull up the insurance info and assisted me. I will never go back to this CVS again and I hope it gets shut down or at least better staff! ~Ashleigh

Filthy, sticky fountain drink area with no cups stocked during lunch time. Employees just standing around, seemingly not caring. Location has definitely went downhill since it opened. ~Celesta

This shop is heavenly for Bangladeshi people living in Dallas. I am a huge tea addict and finding the Mirzapur tea packet was pleasant surprise! You can also find here Bombay Chanachur, Pran juice and many other items from Bangladesh. Overall, a very handy shop for halal and Desi items. They also have a free membership where they offer 3% discount (spend $1000 and get $30 items for free). ~Salman

I came today simply for some ingredients to make brownies. The location is convenient and I'm generally in and out quickly. Today, Sunday was crowded yet still it took only 10 minutes to find everything I needed. I didn't need help from staff and used self checkout. ~Tony
