Best fast food restaurant in Carrollton, Texas (TX) 2025

Filthy, sticky fountain drink area with no cups stocked during lunch time. Employees just standing around, seemingly not caring. Location has definitely went downhill since it opened. ~Celesta

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Raw chicken being served and they don't even care. Talked to the manager and he had no concern. He just kept offering replacement food. So many people probably ate raw chicken from this location. Not okay! ~Jacquelyn

First time I've ever been disappointed by Jimmy John's I bit into my sandwich and could taste how brown and stale the lettuce was, long before I split it open. Pretty sure lettuce is one of the cheapest ingredients/toppings offered, so no idea why I wasn't given fresh?? Step it up guys. Quality counts. First and last time at this location. There's plenty of others in the area to chose from. ~Ashley

Do NOT order from this store as they perform bait and switch tactics. If they don't have an item that is advertised on the menu or the windows, they will let you order it and offer you something else. If you ordered with the mobile app and ask for your money back they will simply say that they don't know how to do it. They won't even suggest to call Burger King corporate to get a refund on the items. And when you complain they go ahead and simply ignore you until you go away. (I did and immediately called corporate, while still in the store.) I will never return to this location for lunch or dinner again, at least not until the management of the store changes. ~Clayton
